brilliant - ordered it one day and it turned up 2 days later exactly what i ordered
half the price i was quoted elsewhere. maybe a bit thinner Tyvek but that's not an issue

On-line payment was very painful - came very close to giving up!
There was an offer to get free P&P if you spent over £100, which I did, but it still then asked me which type of delivery I wanted, at the full cost, suggesting I was going to have to pay for it. The cost of P&P was deducted from the final bill, but it was very misleading and very confusing. I also had great difficulty paying for the order at all. This is the only website that I have ever had any difficulty making payment through - and I buy a lot on-line. If it hadn't been for the fact my husband had a PayPal account that I could use, I really would have given up and gone elsewhere!

While I love the 5* reviews, oftentimes, reviews like yours offer really constructive criticism.
When you tried to order online, our system declined the payment because the address you entered didn’t match the billing address the bank/credit card company had on file for you.
Making sure this matches is our first line of defense against credit card fraud. It protects you in the event of someone stealing your card and then trying to use it to order something and send it to Timbuktu.
Other sites like Amazon may not check this, which is why you were able to use the card on other sites without an issue but had trouble on ours.
I needed them quick and the sure delivered!!!!
Always use these guys and last weekend reminded me why.
First day of our sell-out convention and realised on the first day I had not ordered enough wristbands....help...
Contacted Ticket Alternative at 1400hrs and they had the order with me by 10AM next day...superb service...thank you

Fast efficient service and great product
The concert tickets I ordered were to put in my daughters card for her present as the real ones were not to be delivered until nearer the concert date so I didn't want her to not get a present, as such. The tickets ordered arrived very fast and looked great, the only snag for me was that I didn't actually need the tickets to use for an official event so to have to order a minimum number of 50 was a bit silly really but I had to to get the tickets to put in her card until the genuine ones arrived! Would recommend though!
