Original booking for the O2 performance was cancelled but Ticketmaster didn't give FULL refund - kept booking fees and other minor charges. The release of tickets for the new dates at the BA Arc venue was clearly staged and managed to create a sense that tickets were selling out quickly and there was limited supply. This was NOT the case and it meant that having booked for one evening I then found that I COULD swap for another date - but at again losing out with extra booking fees. This NOT TRANSPARENT and in my opinion is devious and solely to generate extra income...BUYER BEWARE! I will always try to buy from venue first!

This was my first lewis capaldi concert and I had my 10 year old daughter either me. We had such an amazing time.
I would definitely come back again hopefully soon.
I would have loved to have been able to meet lewis capaldi backstage im not sure if this was an option at all.

The best ticket portal ever. I booked for harry styles - 4 july, Metallica- 5 july and MCR - 8th and 10 July.

Booking tickets a lot easier now that Ticketmaster shows the total cost up front. No faffing about trying to find affordable seats.
1st time at Edinburgh Castle it is a great venue, plenty of toilets, bars are available. Good view of stage from all seats.

Even though I am not confident with technology, I was able to purchase online, and log on to Ticket master at the venue to access my tickets easily. The whole process from ordering was simple. Ticketmaster kept in touch to remind me of the event and changes to the performance time due to the World Cup. Valliant Derby is fairly new and this was my first time visiting, and I was impressed. Staff were welcoming and the venue clean and comfortable.

Honestly terrible. First of all the advertising for the gig was terrible. From 1 day fest to weekend. Added parking costs a joke, camping costs a joke. Had to cancel in the end due to emergency resale didn’t happen lost all money, hotel and parking and got abused on download festival Facebook group. Awful experience

It was a great day, friendly people, great iron Maiden concert. I also tried axe throwing for the first time!!!!

Unfortunately we weren’t able to go as the camping tickets we had purchased did not state that they were tent camping only and as we have a large motorhome we couldn’t go. As the weather was showing really hot we weren’t prepared to risk our health by not being able to cool down in our motorhome. We had been looking forward to going to Eddfest for the best part of a year, so were really gutted that we couldn’t actually go.

We were unable to make this event due to financial reasons and feel we were let down in any help to resell or transfer tickets with a limit of 7 days… I couldn’t sell privately as I feel people are reluctant due to how many scammers there has been in the past therefore o have lost a lot of money on my 2 tickets which makes not being able to make it feel even worse.

The concert itself was brilliant!
As for my ticket all details of gates entrance and my ticket/QR code disappeared from app. So was not easy to get im had to queue at the box office, once finally got to the front they were helpful and able print my ticket off.

Don’t get me wrong but the music was excellent 99% of the people attending were outstanding loved every act.! But the organisation was absolutely pathetic, the disabled car park was at one of the furthest points over 2k away up and down rough torrain it was amazingly difficult for wheelchairs and people with movement disability, able body people were helping were they could and carrying some too, the merch stands were not monitored with ques hours long.! The venue was good and we had great view, but the place was not thought out bad organisation.! Great gig tho.!

I had a ticket for seat H13 in section 10. There were only 12 seats in row H in section 10. You sold a seat that did not exist. The stewards allowed me into the standing area so I still saw the show. Please ensure that any seats you sell in future are actually there.

was accepted to accessible camping and parking which to location was ideal, however my tickets didn't get upgraded and although I have email and references was left in the heat for over an hour waiting for clarification which never arrived. luckily a knebworth employee made the decision herself.

Ticketmaster you did well, once the app issue got sorted and my tickets arrived - thank you.
The festival was brilliant.
Can’t say the same about the issues getting in and out of the venue. Horror story. Odd that no one even checked our parking tickets having stated we must have this ??

My Chemical Romance were obviously amazing! This feedback is based on the initial and subsequent ticket sales through Ticketmaster. Initially only 2 Wembley dates were announced 10/11th July… despite early access the only standing options available to buy once I got through the waiting room were front standing (fine) with a hotel (Marriott Maida Vale) Don’t mind buying a hotel package if it helps and is close by (not in the Wembley vicinity) but the hotel was not that easy to navigate back to (no support from Ticketmaster or the hotel to do this) Took over 2 hours to get back INTO London! Then more dates added and then loads more tickets released in April for all sections including front row early access without hotel (which is what we wanted) So bought these tickets as well. When tried to sell the original hotel package tickets on Ticketmaster official resale, were told they didn’t resell that kind of ticket. I’m sure it is Ticketmaster and the hotel chains that have profited from this, not the artist. I’m refusing to buy “official presale” tickets anymore as always more dates announced/tickets released or resale available. And even more faith is resale sites like Twickets. Poor show Ticketmaster

This man is absolutely fabulous!!! After 5 mins you think he is George! He doesn't miss a beat or a note! Had such an amazing time, I have been before last year but this time I treated my mum who loved the show so much! A lovely evening. Now the venue, its great Derby have a venue so we not travelling to go elsewhere, lovely clean and spacious staff were great. I do think they should ban mobile phones as a few behind us on phones now and then texting, also people filming when hes right in front of you! Live for the moment ppl!! Phones everywhere did my head in! Besides that a fab night watching Rob id see him again for sure!
