It wasn't the best venue for this

It wasn't the best venue for this. Too small for the amount of people who were there.
No recycling options.
No non alcoholic bar so people could get water without rhe huge queues.
People getting too drunk and having to carried out of the venue.
Screens were blocked by trees, and the sound quality was off.

It's not something I would attend again. Certainly not for the price.

Concert was amazing go BTS

Concert was amazing. My friend was able to by ticket for me and transfer to my account. Too bad I wasn't able to by one as I would always get a really far number in the queue and all tickets were sold pit before I was able to enter the sale. I even signed up for pre sale and still no luck. Hope next time I will be able to buy ticker myself.

I was unaware of my date being cancelled as the email went into my Spam folder. I know I wasn't the only person this happened to. Thankfully I realised the day before and we made arrangements to go. But in all honesty the whole thing was so disappointing. The viewing area for the stage was very badly laid out. The food vendors meant that there were long queues encroaching on the audience. The sound quality was poor and couldn't hear the performance over people having conversations around us. There was limited communication from the organiser about timings. Lewis Capaldi came on and did 4 songs, then the screen went blank and lights all switched off with no communication to the audience for almost 30 minutes - when a statement then came on the screens to say production were dealing with an incident and thanking for patience. Then Lewis made an announcement saying he'd be back on stage soon as there had been an incident at the front barrier. He finally came back on stage, played 1 song and then the same thing happened again. It was extremely badly managed - not safe and i've never been at a concert before that is stopped for so long to deal with someone fainting.

I DEMAND a explanation as to why my Ticketmaster app tickets did NOT have QR entry codes on them. As a result, after queuing for an extremely long time in the heat to get to the door, only to be sent to the back of another extremely long queue, at the box office, to be issued with paper tickets!! The BA ARC box office staff clearly BLAMING TICKETMASTER for an intra-company app dispute!! This left many many TICKETMASTER CLIENTS TIRED, ANGRY, HOT AND FRUSTRATED. If ticketmaster have some sort of "app war" going on. they shouldn't be leaving their clients as casualties.

Ticketmaster worked great I used o2 priority to secure tickets and I was able to transfer tickets to friends in my party successfully. Lewis Capaldi was amazing. My only criticism is the venue. It was far too crowded for the small space, unsafe. Paramedics were far away couldn’t get to the casualties and Lewis had to stop twice for lengthy times. Organisation of venue was terrible and poor signage. At the end of the show we waited for the crowd to clear and it took a very long time because it simply wasn’t safe to exit with the crowds and my 14 yo daughter. Made me think if there was an emergency what would the Evacuation time be. No one would know where to go either due to poor signage. One entrance and exit? Far too many people. Venue was not appropriate but Lewis was fabulous

Lewis Capaldi was amazing

Lewis Capaldi was amazing, a total professional who stopped the show twice to get help for some fans who had fallen ill. unfortunately the organisation of the event itself was diabolical. Totally overcrowded as 2 nights had been put into one. We were lucky enough to get a space with a view of the stage and side screens but hundreds of people were not that lucky. Purchasing of tickets etc via Ticketmaster good service as per normal.

Ticketmaster failed to provide basic information about how to access the tickets for this event. Multiple emails did not mention that the tickets were in fact only available via the axs app. I asked for help on the site and ticketmaster’s AI failed to tell me this. I eventually figured it out via some google searches. Really really poor.

Great venue and great customer service

Last night I attended Joan Jett at the new British Airways ARC at Olympia. I had noticed a couple of days in advance that although my tickets were showing in the TM app, I didn't have a QR code. I figured I was perhaps a security feature and it would appear just before the gig. It didn't. Happily staff at the arena were aware of this ticketing glitch and passed the information on to security who directed us to the box office for further help. We were met by a member of staff who provided us with a physical ticket with no quibble. This is a bonus for me as I miss physical tickets. The venue was brilliant. It's not massive but big enough to get a great atmosphere. I was happy to find there's a raised standing area at back which meant I had a great view, although not close up, of all the stage for the whole gig. Very happy with my experience. Purchase of the tickets was relatively simple for a technophobe like me, issues with retrieving the tickets already identified by staff and mitigated, all staff very helpful and friendly, great venue. I only gave 4 stars as I really don't like tickets held in an app but I appreciate that's how it is now
