The gig was amazing Def Leppard…Que management poor

The gig was amazing Def Leppard delivered as a great band do, we did not see all the Extreme set, took an hour to get into the venue the Que got longer trying to join it and it took a long time to get in and we missed Extreme so we renames the venue Queup live disappointed

My ticket bugged out and I waited more than 1 hour in a queue to get it fixed

I tried to attend a concert but my ticket bugged out and we had to wait for more than one hour in a queue to get it sorted. Our experience ended up severely ruined and we missed the first 40 minutes of the concert.
We were instructed by the staff to go to the wrong entrance, so they scanned out tickets without checking. We then got told to go to another gate but when we got to the stadium gates the tickets weren’t working anymore. So we were told to go to the ticket office where we waited for one hour to get help. There were five operators to help in an event that can hosts more than 62.000 people. How is it possible that Ticketmaster doesn’t have a better and more efficient way to deal with this kind of problems?
Now they are saying that since the tickets were transferred to me it should be the original buyer to deal with this, but that is someone who I don’t even know ? You mean to tell me that there isn’t a system in place for this kind of situation? When there are always people reselling and transferring tickets for each event, and that quei was more than one hour long.
I paid more than £250 and the best you could offer was a queue longer than one hour and no kind of assistance to help compensate the ruined experience and all the troubles we had because the staff was underprepared to properly assist guests ? I honestly think it’s embarrassing and they should revisit their standards and quality of the services offered.

For BTS WORLD TOUR

For BTS WORLD TOUR, London at Tottenham Stadium. No Communication with fans on entry. Their website states that Standard General Admission will be randomised for both VIP and Standard entry.

Other fans has been told it was first come first served. I contact ticketmaster for clarification, the week before the concert, they confirmed it was randomised. Then a few days before, no communication on entry process for Standard General Admission. Emails and sociala being ignored. Only posting about adding tickets to you phone wallet, on the day off th concert. They lack in clarity and consistency between tour stopa.

Both bands were amazing

Both bands were amazing. But unfortunately the venue let us down. We got there early but the ques outside were horrendous. Missed 1st song by Extreme the band I wanted to see the most. As we were seated people were getting up and down to let people that were late into there seats.Spoiling the set by Extreme Won't be looming at going back to the co op arena any time soon

With a bit of perseverance, everything turned out fine

JD dealt with the query and sorted the problem out effectively. We had a couple of earlier attempts at addressing this issue, and these were not very well communicated or effective, hence one star down. Fortunately, by keeping at it, this got picked up quickly and dealt with successfully in the end.

Tom Grennan rocks!

Tom Grennan was fabulous, but the support acts weren't for me.
It was great to be able to refill your water bottles to keep hydrated.
I felt that The Retreat wasn't worth the extra money.

Very disgusted and disappointed in the staff!!

There were so many empty seats closer to the stage!! The staff members at Tottenham Stadium were so unhelpful, we asked many different staff members if there were any empty seats closer to the stage that we could upgrade to and they said no which was a lie! 2 massive sections were empty.

Was a brilliant concert

Was a brilliant concert. Only trouble was they scanned out tickets and it went through. When we went through barriers they scanned tickets again and the security said only one ticket worked. I told him the other scanned them and was fine. He made my partner go to customer service and get paper ones. They had never heard of this when he looked at phone he said they had scanned and let him in.

BTS!

The day was saved by BTS and BTS only! The management wasn’t the best otherwise. They did not honor our sections for the pitch. It was random but not exactly because we got numbered wristbands same number as we were in the queue for check in for VIP standing. Other than that the crowd was nice there wasn’t any pushing and pulling. And BTS ofc were amazing!

The entire concert was magical 🧙‍♀️ and…

The entire concert was magical 🧙‍♀️ and I’m so happy I went. I had an amazing time. And the way back to hotel. Was giving me the feeling like “ was this real? Was I really there. Because I have been fan since DNA came out. And I’m so happy I got the opportunity to see them just for London day1.

I do wanna say I wish I had tickets for second concert day of London that is on 7th July. But maybe I will get the opportunity to see them again and express their concert again another time. 🎵

A big thank you for the Armies that was helping my boyfriend out. That was close to faint because of the heat in the queue line for the stadium door opening. You was really sweet and thankful. So big thank you. And for not last Thank you Bangtan Seoydan for an amazing performance and for being an inspiration for many of us out there and for giving us so much comfort as well. And with healing us as well. We greatly appreciate you. 💜
