Fabulous concert.
Great arena

The venue and concert were fabulous. However, as a single person buying 1 ticket I resent being told where I can sit so you can fill in rows. Prefer end of row, there were several but you wouldn’t let me have one. Discrimination against single people/ event visitors

Apart from the absolute stress and hysteria in the online waiting room hoping to get tickets (Not Ticketmaster’s fault) It was very simple and straightforward process as always.
Not that I would forget, but they send reminders leading up to the day of the event and everything went seamlessly.

It was the fourth time I had seen buble and he just gets better every time great seats not to steep to our seats for my friend to walk
Only bad thing was trying to get out of Scarborough with part road been closed

BTS performed an amazing show wish i could attend the second night too

Co op need to leave gates open so people can get out easier to the top end as we had to climb over a barrier to get back to car

My experience was amazing, all very easy with Ticketmaster , I recommend 💯.

Received a message from Ticketmaster telling me my ticket was invalid on the day of the concert but it was not replaced by another.

Elvis Costello was still brilliant but the venue could have been a lot better- the door staff were really noisy which in a normal gig may have been bare able but ruined the support act who was quite a quiet act .
We were seated at the back of the stalls and it got incredibly hot. We’ve been to the City Hall on many occasions but the heat was unbearable, to the point that my wife had to leave -

Tickets process easy and worked fine at venue

The concert and artist were amazing. Ticketmaster not so much.
Very poor communication re special ticket package - basically I had to ask other fans (who had the same complaint) at the event about the special merchandise that I should have received and where to get it. It was well hidden like a best kept secret! The meeting service didn’t happen either. Ticketmaster’s typical poor performance really. It’s what I have come to expect, but as they seem to be the big player in the market I seem to end up using them anyway. I’d go with someone else if I could. Two events in two days - the other one was even worse from Ticketmaster.

Was excellent and everything more than expected will be up for any future shows from Def Leppard

From where I was sat the speaker was bottoming out

Ticketmaster is the nightmare of every concert lover you give us the bad seat in the presale you keep the good ones for the platinum the errors it’s a shame the you are our only option
Never the less I enjoyed BTS to the 100% but not because of you you was my nightmare
