Que online for tickets...get through to payment.....wouldn't work....kept asking to retry...after several attempts...no tickets left!

I have no faults with my experience with either Ticketmaster and the Etihad Stadium. Ticket master kept me informed with all aspects from my first booking my seats, which I found quite easy and I'm 72, unto the glorious experience of seeing the Circus and Take That. I was getting a little concerned as I hadn't received my e- ticket a week before but with a couple of days it appeared in my app. And easily transferred to my wallet.

Easily colour coded areas for queues. All staff polite, guided through to our 2nd floor . Easily clearly marked sections and seats signage . If staff did not know the answer they quickly found us some one who could answer us.
Leaving was same experience plenty of staff to guide us out.
I left actually quite impressed with all experience! It made us feel safe.

A fantastic and awe inspiring performance in a great venue. Definitely one of the best Take That shows that I have seen

Finding tickets was easy and seating plan provided good insights into the various options and anticipated viewing experience. Tickets were easily transferable to Google wallet and entry to the venue using them was easy

No problem with the purchase of the concert tickets. However, tickets for big green bus was a very different story…... I was using fan support to chase the bus tickets and information on Friday as the concert was on Saturday. To be finally given a code to obtain the tickets from the bus company itself (which im led to believe i should have got 8 weeks ago). I then had to ask for instructions on how to use the code, having never used this service before. Only to find out that manchester pick up had be sold out so couldn't enter my code despite me ordering and paying for the travel several months ago…i tried to ring ticketmaster to be told they could not help and continue with the fan base support. I sent a few more messages but no reply…and still no reply…. Had to book a last minute hotel on the outskirts of the surrounding area. All the closer ones had been booked. We had drive to the hotel and then pay for a taxi to and from the event…making the concert a very costly experience. Im expecting a refund for the bus tickets that weren't used and some compensation but considering my previous messages have been ignored it might be a lengthy battle

What are you doing and you have not got the decency to reply to my email I sent you last week

Pros: Stadium, main artist and staff were awesome, there was free water provided in main stage area where we were.

Cons: there was far too many people in the main stage for health and safety reasons, it was far too hot to be as crowded as it was. We were surrounded by people vaping, smoking normal cigarettes and smoking weed, if you can’t control what the crowd is doing there’s too many people.

My husband and I left half way through the show as didn’t feel safe to be in the facility anymore, my husband ended up doing stewards job ie telling folk to stop smoking cigarettes and that’s not what we were there for.

Shocking experience worst vip I have ever had ,so called vip area only had one food stall and to make matters worse you could not even see the stage to watch the back up bands ,day light robbery

Iron Maiden were absolutely incredible!!!!
It was 34 years since I saw them last, I've seen a lot of bands in that time, and Maiden still blow the rest away!
Just the most fantastic show, from songs, sound quality, performance, to visuals, the whole show was just sensational!
Getting in and out of the venue ...shockingly bad!!!

It is easy to buy tickets and I have never had a problem receiving my tickets or getting into an event.

I emailed about getting an upgraded ticket and got one email back then nothing. After another email asking for a response I still got nothing. I kept recieving emails about the concert for the day after I went

whole evening was great - Marti Pellow was exceptional and entertaining - Billie Ocean was outstanding and brought back some great memories

EddFest was a great experience - the bands were really good, especially Airbourne and Iron Maiden. We have already booked to see the Hu at a venue local to us.
The only issues were the total lack of organisational thought into dealing with the numbers attending. Firstly the Merchandise stalls were much too small and badly staffed and Car Park exit was a joke - very few signs back to Red Car park and no marshalls in evidence until we eventually got to the road (after 3.5 hours !!!!)

Thank you/ I had such an AWESOME time when I attended the BTS ARIRANG WORLD TOUR Concert D2 at the Tottemham Hotspurs Stadium London. Thank you for making the ticketing smooth and for keeping me updated along the way. Although I was not able to purchase the tixs directly via TIcketMaster UK due to too many persons trying to buy the tixs, I was lucky and am extremely grateful that I could get my tix via Hellotickets who managed to obtain the Tixs via proper transfer to me, Thank you so much for making my dream come true and esp as I was flying in from overseas. So, it was a very anxious time until i really really got the tixs and until I got into the Stadium that I could really then relax. Booking tickets was fairly easy and the seats we had were fantastic. I appreciated all the emails in preparation to the event. It took away a lot of the stress and we had a wonderful time.
