Everything, the staff were so nice, the musical was incredible and a great location!

The show was excellent. We really enjoyed it. The ticketing process was also very smooth and efficient.

The show told me many things I did not know, so entertaining and moved very quickly showing how entertaining it was. Venue was good but exit took a long time.

Easy access, good seats

My 13 and 15 year old daughters went to their first solo concert last night, and they had an amazing time. The highlight for my husband and I was the amazing staff at the Palais. They made sure our girls had a great time, they were friendly and so helpful. Thank you

It was a great show by Alan Menken. Only issue was the venue. Very cramped sitting on the floor and access to and from venue not ideal with escalator access only way of accessing. I would be very concerned if there was an emergency and evacuation was required. Would not attend another event at this venue.

Great experience. I had 4gotten how close to the stage I had bought. Apart from me remembering my passwords. And using the Aussie TM site. All works good. Thanks

not being able to print physical tickets is inconvenient and disappointing. Should still be an option.

We received a text message and an email to say the time had changed and then received two more emails without the original time on them. Very confusing. We didn’t know what time to rely on and we were travelling by car four hours to get there

A wonderful production with excellent costuming, performers who can act, sing, dance with leads with beautiful trained voices. The stage work was exciting. Staff are always helpful & friendly at Foundation Theatres (I am with Wheeler).

The person meeting me to go to the event was running late and I attempted to transfer a ticket to the but every time I tried to send it a verification code would come up and I would enter it in and nothing would happen after I entered it. I tried logging out and back in and it would send me the same verification code every time and not progress past the point of entering the code.

Overall a great performance. Very entertaining.

Buying the tickets through Ticketmaster was fine, but then I discovered that I could NOT put them into my Apple Wallet (where I store all my other events tickets). I have all my tickets that I purchase on Ticketek and Event Brite in my Apple Wallet, and I can easily pass some of them on to friends or family whom I have purchased them for, but sadly not with Ticketmaster.
I discovered that the only way to transfer a ticket with Ticketmaster is through Ticketmaster's own transfer process, which requires the recipient to create a Ticketmaster Account (if they do not have one) in order to use the ticket - dismal! Please catch up!

It was absolutely spectacular. The scenery, costumes the cast. It could not be faulted. It was a mix of musical and opera and the emotion was profound. One moment I was happy and next I could feel the tears. It was the most incredible experience.

While I did have to wait a little while to receive an outcome to my enquiry, once Ticketmaster was able to work on it they returned a a result within a very good time frame. They (and the tour and venue organisers) were able to deliver a very reasonable solution to my issue in-line with what I requested, and at no further cost to myself. I am very pleased with the outcome and the communication from Jayden.

I can't believe you charged me $85 for GA level 3 tickets x4...you ripped me off...the people around us paid less than half for the same seats!!...are you the newest scalper in town!!!!

The only downfall is the hefty charge on the programme at $30.
Memorabilia is cheaper online than at the theatre.

Seamless experience from booking to the theatre. Highly recommended.

Hakim concert total disaster. Event organizer the worst. $315 for performer that shows his face for less than an hour. I am seeking a refund.
