Still no reply, I have provided my ID documents as requested on 04/07/25 and still no acknowledgement of receiving these, I have followed up twice, still no response or my query resolved... and now you have my ID as well as my money.
If I do not have resolved by Friday 18/07 I will be reporting to VISA for a refund, very very disappointed and frustrated.

If I could i'd put zero star. Tickemaster kept my money for almost a year claiming it could not refund before, until "a new date" was given for a cancelled concert and when it refunded me, they kept all the HUGE admin fees ( booking ref. 45-42111/UK5 Tom Jones at Blickling hall; i never forgot that)... each newsletter from Ticketmaster and all remind me of that: last mail was 22/07/24 so it came back to me then.
Disappointed with customer service, cause I didn’t receive any response for both times ⛔️⛔️⛔️

The event said I could resell my tickets at first but then not anymore, so I could not resell my tickets and lost money.
The customer service takes time and replies a link to a generic article as an answer, very useful...
Once purchasing tickets, it's very cumbersome to manage you tickets and get support.

Extremely disappointed – No response for urgent disability ticket issue
I bought two Platinum tickets for the G-Dragon concert in Paris, thinking they were VIP tickets, as there was no clear explanation on Ticketmaster’s website. I have a physical disability and cannot use these seats safely.
I have emailed Ticketmaster multiple times since 1.7 and have received no response at all. My insurance is currently reviewing my case but needs an official reply from Ticketmaster to help me.
This situation is causing me extreme stress. I spent all my savings on these tickets to fulfill my biggest dream, and now I am left alone without support. I kindly ask Ticketmaster to please reply to their customers, especially in urgent disability-related cases like mine.
Update: After over a week still no answer! What is that? I am honestly mad!

Fan-to-fan resale experience is a nightmare!
I need someone from Ticketmaster.fr to contact me ASAP regarding fan-to-fan tickets resale. I sold my tickets over 2 weeks ago but I haven't received my money even though I provided my bank account details and my ID was verified. I tried contacting Ticketmaster through the contact form and no one is responding. They basically sold the tickets on my behalf and decided to keep my money! This should be illegal.
No refunding chance
I couldn't go to Giverny and regarding the policy of Ticketmaster I lost the amount I spent in two tickets without any chance of refund.
Moreover, Ticketmaster charged me a convenience fee when I bought the tickets but it is an inconvenient system.

I bought tickets for Beyoncé in Care Or Section (T5) and now I see that this section, have a limited view to the screen, so I won’t see the screen properly. Tickets payment done but tickets not received
I tried booking 2 tickets for BlackPink Tour 2025. The payment was deducted but the booking confirmation didn't come. It showed failure error. I sent an email to ticketmaster.fr but no response. 2 days later I get an email that hope we have resolved your issue. Well, hell no. There is no phone number or email address to contact. The bank has given me confirmation numbers for the transaction and so the payment is definitely made. I don't know how to get the tickets now. My daughter is so keen to attend this event. Ignoring malfunction resell and possible compliance violation
I have already written to Ticketmaster 4 times because there seems to be a technical error when reselling my tickets. The customer service has responded to my actual problem and has given the same standard answer each time, which is not aimed at the problem. I have been stuck here for over two weeks and Ticketmaster cannot be reached by phone to solve the problem. I hardly have any time left to sell the tickets to other fans. Ticketmaster is not adhering to its own company guidelines and in my view is committing a compliance violation, as the company offers a service, has been informed several times that there is a problem here and their service is not working and nothing is being done. This is almost systemic in nature. By the way, you can find my inquiries at 61158533 and 60566985.
Addendum 29.05.2025:
So far I have received the same standard email in response to my review here (for the 5th time), which does not even concern my specific problem. No specific contact by Ticketmaster, of course this is commented on publicly differently here. Another week has passed. I will now check how I can integrate consumer protection.
