Megan was our waitress tonight. She was super helpful, attentive with a happy smiley face. The sea food was yummy too.

I purchased 2 tickets through…

I purchased 2 tickets through Ticketsoffice.com for the Celine Dion concert at the Moda Center/Portland Oregon in 2019. It was rescheduled twice. Then cancelled. I cannot reach anyone through emails or the phone numbers they provide. How can I get my refund?

Scam

Out about $300 because their "coupon" refund is just a code that you can't apply to any future purchases (the only way they redeem is store credit), or get in contact with any customer service to apply for you. The email tells you to use it before the expiration date but they don't give you one or any way to check it. And I have thoroughly read everything to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

I believe all of the negative reviews about money lost on here and anything positive looks like a bot or someone affiliated or paid to review them. Absolutely do not use this company, consider yourself lucky to have checked reviews before purchasing and heed the warning. Wish I had, learned my lesson.

HORRIBLE

If there were negative stars I would give TicketOffices.com a negative 100 stars. I bought tickets through them to Hamilton at Keller Auditorium - Portland, OR Tuesday, Apr 12, 2022 7:30 PM

WELL, THERE IS NO SHOW HAPPENING AT THAT THEATER ON THAT DATE!

They ripped me off taking almost $700 out of my bank account and not responding back. I have called their phone number, done their "live chat" and sent emails. No response at all.

TicketOffices.com is a fraudulent company, selling fake tickets for show dates that aren't even happening. Thanks for nothing.

Re: Order #3357086
After SEVERAL attempts since the 12th of December, I finally reached someone through their phone number. I was told that they are “processing”. a refund. When I asked for email or mail documentation of the refund process and timeline they gave me a runaround staring that they “couldn’t” send me anything and then said they wouldn’t. The customer service agent was incredibly rude and spoke over me the the entire time. Repeating that it would be 7 days that the refund would happen in and then told me it was 7 weeks it would happen in. Then he told me it would be done on the 30th of this month. When asked about speaking to someone in the department processing the refund or a manager or someone who could help me with getting the documentation I needed, he again REFUSED to answer my questions and talked over me stating rudely “It’s a process and you will wait.” All I am asking for is an email documenting the policy and the timeline for when the refund will happen.

This company is WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY and you will be left dealing with trying to get it back and filing a dispute or counterfeit dispute with your bank. At this point I have NO other choice but to file that, as TicketOffices.com is clearly a SCAM and they are selling fake event tickets for dates the shows aren’t happening on. They stole $700 from me. The WORST most unethical company I have ever encountered.

Also they will respond to ANY post with the same cut and paste “Message us to help you” and NEVER follow up on it!

Seating

When I purchased the tickets I was told that we will be in the orchestra level in Row I. I made sure with Amy that in will be in front of stage in row I not on side rows. He confirmed me it will be but yet on my tickets it says Row I seat 29, 31, 33. Every disappointed. It is not okay.

Scam - Company Stole $412.56 From Me - Does Not Make Good on Cancelled Events

I purchased theater tickets on 03/02/20 for the amount of $412.56, Order #33053651. The event was supposed to be 06/06/20 but was cancelled due to the pandemic. Their website
states: "For all customers who have purchased tickets for events
that have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will
provide full compensation to you. We will be sending emails to our canceled-event customers with specific information. Given the number of events being cancelled, please allow sufficient
time to receive this information."
Their customer service emails
are saying because we requested refund after 7 days of purchase
that we are not eligible for refund. However, due to the pandemic
there was no way of knowing this event would be cancelled.
They are also claiming that they sent a correspondence with
120% credit for this on 05/30/20, but we never received this.
There was also no way to access this information from their web
portal. And they are sayin the credit expired on 11/30/21.
We also
have never been able to speak with a human over the phone,
because their customer service number does not enable us to.
