The ticket selector works. The fees are not as high as Ticketmonster. Tickets by e-mail are reasonably easy to use. Not hard sell on options.

This company shows no integrity, no real customer service, and no trustworthy sellers.
I didn't even realize I was buying tickets through this site until it came time to "accept" them — except there was no email to accept, just repeated messages urgently telling me I needed to accept my tickets. When I contacted BSO.org support, they discovered I'd actually purchased through TicketsCenter and told me I'd need TicketsCenter's help to get the tickets transferred to me.
Over an hour later, still nothing resolved. They had me create an account on a completely different ticketing website, then download yet another app — one I initially declined, then tried to install anyway, only to find it wouldn't even run on an up-to-date Android phone. When I said I'd start filing complaints with regulators, they immediately turned it around on me, claiming it was my fault for not cooperating with them. Only after that did they finally reach out to the original seller to request a re-transfer.
Meanwhile, I still don't have my tickets, and I paid $130 each for tickets that were originally priced at $60.
Hands down the worst customer experience I've ever had. Never again — and I'd strongly recommend no one else engage with this company either.
Easy to make a ticket purchase. Just hope there are no problems getting into the stadium.
