I feel dumb and wish I researched what I was buying. I got scammed. I am Canadian and they never ever indicated it was American funds. Tickets were $119$ usd supposedly and that seemed lots. But, got 4 tickets... $997cdn took off my Amex... FFS.. nothing I can do. I did get tickets already.. but omg..... NOOO hopefully creator helps me out now moving forward.
Can't get anyone on the phone and faq says I'm S.O.L.... Chat "assist" is useless. I'll be calling my credit card company in the morning.

I would not even give one star. This site is a total scam. Why else would I be charged over $400 for four $28 sates at Clover Field in Port St Lucie. The tickets were forwarded to me by someone named Kevin Bagin who obviously is scalping them. I thought scalping was illegal. I believe this site is posing as a legitimate MLB site and should be shut down.

Purchase tickets on 11/27/24 for Dancing With the Stars for 1/28/25 (yesterday) Spoke with agent on 1/24/25 assured me my tickets would be sent 1/27/25 (day b4) electronically. On 1/26/25 received a call advising me show was sold out. How can that be I paid for 2 tickets on 11/27/24? The agent I spoke with today said I declined a replacement tickets in the morning of 1/26/25. I spoke to no one in the morning. Lies and deception. I would never purchase tickets from Ticket.com

DANGER! SCAM! I can’t rate lower than 1, or I would. This organization is a complete scam! I don’t even know how I ended up on the website, since I was trying to buy tickets for a local event. I thought the venue was maybe using this Co. to help with ticket sales so I went all the way through and paid an exorbitant amount for tickets that Tickets.com could not possibly have purchased anyway without my membership. The price was crazy high with added process fees for each ticket. I had that knot in the stomach feeling, so I researched further and discovered how bad I’d been had. Immediately I called this company (4 time) that day with no relief. So I reported them to BBB, the local venue, and had help from a consumer scam hotline on how to proceed. The scam expert verified that Tickets.com had employed “theft by disception” and that they would NEVER agree to reimburse me. So I disputed the charge with my Credit card Co. and was later reimbursed the 800$. The actual event tickets I later purchased properly were only 160$. My biggest regret is that I believe that Tickets.com walked away with this money and my credit card Co. took the hit! IDK, neither have been very transparent. I am not done yet. I’m an amateur sleuth trying to find out more and how to put them out of business! People shouldn’t stand for this.

I’ve booked 2 lots of tickets from here and can’t seem locate my confirmation email - one is for the script in uk this month . Can someone help please can’t seem find any customer service details ..

If you book your ticket via ticket.com make sure everything was goes according your plan. If any changes , trust me they will serve you with poooooor quality.

They kept telling me I would get my tickets closer to show time. 15 mins before show time they say sorry seller doesn’t have the tickets and we will refund you. No worries I drove 5 hours, paid for a motel and now have 3 people out of going to a show. Don’t purchase from this place at all. Total scam! Contacted tickets.com multiple times and was told give it time & keep refreshing your email. Claim I’ll be getting a refund so we’ll see if that happens.

The worst experience buying tickets to an aquapark Yas Waterworld + 3 more theme parks in Abu Dhabi. I paid for 4 very expensive tickets costing $400 for the final 4 days of my trip. I never received a single ticket in my email. Upon contacting their customer service, I was told that ALL the tickets for these 4 theme parks had been sold out [which was not true!] and that they would refund my money automatically AFTER 14 DAYS!!!!

How was I supposed to spend the remaining 4 days there without the money AND the tickets??? I demanded my money back immediately but they sent it back only 14 days later. THEY DID, HOWEVER OBVIOUSLY, CHARGE ME EXTRA BOOKING FEES FOR THE SERVICE THEY NEVER DELIVERED.

Selling tickets and agressively advertising them on every possible website WITHOUT ACTUALLY HAVING THEM - IS A FRAUD. CHARGING BOOKING FEES FOR THE SERVICES THEY NEVER DELIVER IS A FRAUD AS WELL.

I was their customer. It is their job to satisfy their customers. They fail miserably.

I ordered two tickets and was offered additional add ons which I didn't want, e.g. insurance. There was no "order review" before I made my purchase. The charge to my card was $111.00 more than the ticket purchase plus processing fees. I tried every which way to contact Tickets.com unsuccessfully. The company does not make it easy.
The event venue said there had been problems with other ticket purchasers.
Very bad experience which will deter me from purchasing tickets in this manner.

I purchased tickets to Frankie Valli last night and another couple were in my seats, they had identical tickets. They let me stay but we was moved to the back of the venue. I paid dearly for 3rd row seats. I contacted SeatGeek who claimed it wasn’t their problem claiming they get the tickets from a third party and not their issue.
I purchased the tickets with a credit from another problem I had with them where instead of refunding the money they gave me a credit. That gave them the opportunity to screw me over again.
I was their customer. It is their job to satisfy their customers. They fail miserably.
There are more reputable ticket agencies out there, do yourself a favor and avoid Seat Geek!

Clearly a scam. I got a ticket for today’s concert of Andrea Bocelli in London 05/07/2024 - I purchased the ticket last year as a birthday gift and got scammed of £146 . I had to spend more money and got a new ticket from AXS official app ( the new seat wasn’t as good as the initial one I wanted) I could not miss the concert… such a shame.
They send mails and notifications but it’s all a big scam…
They should go to court for fraud.
I have screen shotted the receipt fortunately… but obviously you cannot get in touch with them…

WAY OVER CHARGED. OUR TICKETS WERE NORMALLY $60 AND WE WERE CHARGED $107 PLUS FEES. MEVER AGAIN

I never received tickets I paid for. Tickets.com email said they had been transferred elsewhere, to AXS. AXS said they did not have my tickets. Even uploaded AXS app as instructed. But never got my tickets. When trying to resolve, tickets.com claimed they (actually conceded some 3rd party, AXS) ) sent tix to my email. Runaround. Paid for tickets. Never received. Appears only resolution is lawsuit. Any other people have same issues?

Don't believe the price you see. Booked four nights Las Vegas hotel. At check in was charged the full price despite having already paid Tiket.com. Rip off site. Avoid

Horrendous organization. Why they are still around is beyond me. I accidentally ordered tickets for the 7:30 show on sunday ( cost 3000 plus). wanted the 2 pm show called the company immediately was on the phone for over one hour. Finally told hey we can't exchange for the 2pm show but what you should do is resell them for a higher price. Honestly Why hasn't the Better business bureau shut them down. They are a fraudulent outfit. Noticed they are running out of Lewes Delaware... ( no rules/ regulations) but as you can see from DOJ / ticketmaster recent news.. this outfit should be next.

cannot get tickets - bought online, got confirmation, but then tickets.com said the "seller" would email tickets - they never did - chatted with tickets.com for over an hour, all I got were there apologies - never got any tickets. Then they had the nerve to tell me that I had waived all my rights when I accepted their terms and conditions.

I booked tiket.com holiday inn Cebu for 1 night and when I arrive there , they couldn’t found my reservation. They advice me to go check next hotel called HOP INN. And they had my reservation in the system. So TIKET.COM SCAMMED ME by charging money for an expensive hotel & then selling me a cheaper lower quality hotel.

Bought 2 tickets to a comedy event in June 2023. My mastercard was charged the over inflated charge of $508.00 for the two tickets. Email confirmed purchase and said tickets would be sent on or before March 12 2024. Date of event is today March 13 2024. I hadnt recieved my tickets. I phoned the number listed as the company ticket business number listed under the details on my credit card charge. Female with poor english and difficult to understand told me they would not be sending the tickets and wouldnt let me talk to a supervisor. Stating her supervisor "does not take calls". Unfortunately as it is more than 120 days, my credit card company could not help me. They kept my 508.00 and i have 0 tickets. Big friggin scam. They should be charged and put in jail for fraud.

This is a fraud website as after purchase they will tell you not to approach any stadium staff for assistance and also not go to the stadium office. If questioned whete we got the ticket, we have to inform that ticket given by a friend. My fon is sn android and i downloaded the ticket on google pay. At the turnstiles, the machine could not scan thr ticket. I had not choice and was referref to the stadium counter by the stewards. There i was informed that this ticket will not gain me access to the stadium. When asking for refunds they will bombard u with questions. One of them was whether i haf taken a picture of the counter staff who rejected my ticket. After everything, they will come up with some flimsy excuse that we did not follow their instructions. For eq downloading on apple pay when my fon is an android. Pls beware of such fake website out to com people.

They don't have an idea how to buid an online payment process. The IT team from Tickets.com must go to take some elementary courses of e-commerce.
