this website is a total SCAM!

this website is a total SCAM!! Don't buy anything from them, the customer service is rude and don't help at all. Waste of time and money. Please go on ticketmaster which is more efficent and flexible and if an event is postponed is able to give your money back.

Customer service rude. Will take your money and then did not deliver ticket in time. Show might be postponed and they will not return money even if show time postpone indefinitely.

This company has no shame

This company has no shame. In order to by tickets from them they make you agree to something you don’t agree to in order to buy tickets. Not only that my concert got postponed and they can hold my money indefinitely. How long is long enough so that you can get a refund on some tickets that you have bought?

This place is a total scam

This place is a total scam. Beware! I lost $200 trying to deal with them. I didn't realize they were a scam site and accidentally clicked the link and bought tickets. They charged me 50% above the ticket price for seated general admission, then sent me standing room only general admission. Avoid this service at all costs!

TicketOffices.com is a scam company!

How is TicketOffices.com allowed to charge the prices they do. DON'T buy tickets from this company. I recently mistakenly bought tickets for the flower show thinking I was buying directly from the Philadelphia Flower Show directly. They charged me $51.00 and the tickets only cost #34.00 if you buy them directly from the PFS. I tried to get a refund or cancel the tickets for the event months away and they refused to help. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They don't deserve any stars.

A "rob you blind company,"…

A "rob you blind company," (Tickets.com) as they significantly overcharge their customers!!! Refused to refund money after an accidental purchase!! Rick, as a supervisor was of no help. Really disappointed in this company. One star it too gracious!

Total Scam

I paid $719 for tickets that I could have purchased for $148 by driving to the box office ten minutes from my house. My really dumb mistake, but I didn't pay attention and simply clicked through the boxes which did not explain any of the ridiculous fees. I recognized immediately when I saw the bill emailed five minutes later but "no refund" and certainly no person to talk to just programmed computer responses.

Darn it - got caught.

Darn it - wish I had read the reviews before pressing 'buy'. I thought I was buying cheap seats, then my credit card statement showed a 453$ charge - they had added a bunch of crap and charged in USD! I thought for sure I was seeing CAD prices! I just hope they are legit for the event, as it looks like I have no hope in hell of getting a refund.

I bought my tickets (at an inflated price)to Hamilton before checking the reviews, so I spent an anxious month waiting to see if they would materialize. My e-tickets did arrive two days before the performance, and I was so relieved that I didn't recognize the seats were not what I had ordered: Rear Mezzanine row D became section D row M, considerably further back and not readable from the telecharge printout. Either tickets.com or the original purchaser or both made an additional profit. My only relief was that the tickets were legitimate, and we were able to loftibly see the play.

Take 3 times the price of your ticket…

Take 3 times the price of your ticket and place it in a pile, then pour gasoline over it and light it.

That's about the worth of using these fools.

My mistake #1, never again though. NEVER!!

What a mistake to deal with these cons

What a mistake to deal with these cons. I purchased Rolling Stone tickets last year in Nov 1294.00 for 2. That concert was canceled in March. I asked for a refund and they laughed at me stating No refunds , you will have to go to a substitute artists consert or loose your money. I disputed the charge with my bank, they took my money back from these people and returned it to my card in May. Tickets. Com never contacted me ever, they likely sold those tickets again they had 4 months to do so and then over a month after a makeup concert by The Rolling Stones re billed my card in Sept. for the 1294.00 tickets. Run for your life from them! Do not trust them to produce a venue you pay for or allow them your credit card information you will be sorry you did like me and out your money for nothing.

Don't do business with these scam…

Don't do business with these scam artists. I bought two tickets to a minor league baseball game. We didn't even have seats when we showed up. They sold us standing room only tickets. The stadium wasn't even half full. I paid fifty dollars for two ten dollar tickets. This so called company is a total ripoff.
