Would not process order on my primary card, just kept returming "something went wrong" error with no guidance. All information was entered correctly. Wasted 15 minures reentering info before I switched to an alternate card.

Can't give 0 stars or I would. I would never use this again. The tickets to the event we are going to 1. Were way overpriced. My bad on not looking into it better. But 2. The "Tickets" I received were NOT Mobile E Tickets. They were a PNG picture of tickets. Contacted customer service on phone and chat and both reassured me a png was an e-Ticket. Not sure if either understood what an e Ticket was. Nothing about a pdf or a png would stop a seller from selling these same tickets to multiple people. There is NOTHING secure about this process. Avoid at all cost.

Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. This is stated clearly on our website and in our terms and conditions. Every customer is required to mark that they agree to this policy at time of checkout. This policy is in place because once a seller confirms the order you placed, we are locked in a binding contact with them for those tickets. Since sellers hold us to strict all sales are final policies, we are unable to make any exceptions to this rule.
If you no longer wish to attend the event with the tickets you originally purchased, we recommend trying to resell your tickets prior to the event date.
