Bought baseball tickets and a parking pass for the June 6, 2026 game in March. I couldn't get it to load in the BallPark app, and customer service said BallPark was having some trouble and to try again closer to game day. At the end of May, I tried it again. Same "no go" result. Called customer service and, no joke, spent over 2 hours over 2 calls trying to get the tickets on my phone. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, then they said to try it on my wife's phone, and it worked. (We have the same exact phone.) So what was their solution? For me to take my wife's phone for 4 hours down the road during the boys' weekend, my buddy and I had planned. Ummm, nope. "Well, since the tickets have worked on your wife's phone, I can't help you." "Can I speak to a supervisor?" "No." "What recourse do I have?" "Take your wife's phone with you this weekend." So I had to ruin the surprise game I had bought for my buddy and have him download the app and the tickets. What about the parking pass? "It will be emailed to you closer to game time. That vendor hasn't done (something I don't remember). Well, it was before game time! The game started at 1 PM. I got the email at 12:57 PM. 3 minutes before the game! Sweet sister Sarah, I was beyond mad.
Leave these losers alone. You will get shafted with fees, won't get what you pay for, and offer no real customer support. It was a pitiful experience. (It was a good game, however!)

STAY AWAY!!!!!! TicketSales is an absolutely disgusting company engaging in deceitful and predatory behaviour, shamelessly seeking fraudulent profit by deliberately misleading customers. They were selling tickets for $125 for general admission to a show that was advertised on every single other ticket reseller as having FREE ENTRY. Entry was free before a certain time, but that time was 2 hours after the show was scheduled to begin, which was the time advertised by ticketsales - so they were selling FREE TICKETS. I've never encountered such absurd price gouging (what is that, a 125% mark up?????) and such a deliberately deceitful business.
