I received an email telling me my tickets would be coming in a separate email. I never got the tickets in a separate email so I called the online number listed on the ticket sales website Because the concert is more than two days away, I had to deal with your horrible AI functions, which Could not answer my questions. I was transferred to a live agent, Which ended up being another AI system I do not understand why I have to wait until two hours before a show to get my tickets. This feels like fraud

Horrible. i would NEVER have bought tickets from this website, had i realized this wasn't directly through the venue. they can't give you a time frame of when you will get your tickets besides "the day of the event, if not before". they don't offer refunds or discounts for dissatisfaction. they pretend they are a ticket sales webstie, but they are a ticket re-sale site. so if someone doesn't want to go to the event, you can buy tickects here, but don't try to buy tickets less than a week before your event. they suck

Worst company to work with! I feel like I was scammed. I thought I was paying face value for the tickets. I didn’t find out until after that the face value was way less than what I paid!!! After paying over double for the face value of the tickets then you find out that all sales are final and you can’t get a refund and that you actually bought tickets from a resale vender. I tried contacting them right after I had placed the order. The customer service is non existent. They’ll send you in a computer loop so that you can’t actually speak to a live person. Even though they claim it’s live chat!! This company should be banned from operating.

It would have been nice to see a more detailed map of the seating.
