Thieves! I bought tickets for Disney for my family, cost $1400. We actually got COVID and couldn't go. I called Disney they said they understand, to call back when we're feeling better to change the dates. So I did, then they told me to that their would be a fee. I wasn't ready to pay just then so they had me call back when I was ready. I was called on Sunday to schedule my new trip date and that's when they told me I would have to go through TAW company since that's who I purchased with. TAW said they couldn't modify but would escalate for a refund. Less than 24 hours later I get the email saying they couldn't issue a refund. So now I'm out $1400 and out a Disney trip. Freaking thieves! Never order tickets from this website!

I will never book through Tickets at Work again and neither should you. My husband and I booked a rental car 3 months in advance of our trip through TaW and prepaid 450$ for the vehicle. We arrived at Ace car rental at the Denver airport with our 1.5 year old daughter in tow ready to pick up the car. They informed us the order has been canceled. I thought that can’t be right and called TaW who said the order was active on their end and they’d open a ticket. Keep in mind we’ve already been there for 2 hours and my daughter is now kicking and screaming at this point. I ask TaW how long the it will take to resolve this and they said it could be over 3 hours… at this point I say that’s unacceptable and I need a car now. They say they’ll cancel my order and issue me a refund. I have to pay Ace AGAIN for a car just to get out of there. 6 weeks later and no refund even after trying to contact them. This feels like theft. Completely unacceptable do not book through them.

I supposedly purchased TWO discounted premium format tickets to Regal cinemas. When I went to actually retrieve the tickets on the website - it would only let me reserve one seat. $33 for ONE seat. I literally saved no money at all. This was a bait and switch and complete waste of my time.

by the time taxes and fees are added there is no real benefit in buying tickets in this fashion

Horrible customer service. Will not allow date change on tickets despite medical emergency that can be documented. Blamed “their partner” for not allowing, but refused to tell me who the partner.
I have already reached out multiple times and have been told that you will look into it, but then receive an email within minutes of my phone call saying that the other partner rejected my request. When asked who the other partner is that information was not provided. I simply need to change the date of my tickets not a cancellation or refund for a medical emergency and tickets at work has refused to work with me.

I had booked a stay at a hotel in Anaheim, CA and had to cancel this trip and initiated a refund. I had initially been told over the phone that I would be given a full refund when I was canceling it, and that the refund would take a while to process. I was hesitant about this and called an additional time before canceling other activities on my trip and was again told that I would be in the clear and would receive a full refund. They said they would update me every 72 hours with the status of this refund. This confirmation twice over the phone of the full refund is what dictated my decision to reschedule my trip. If I were to be given no refund or a partial refund, I would have taken a different course of action and not canceled the hotel reservation.
The updates continued every 72 hours where I was told that the refund was being processed, until about two weeks after the reservation date when I got a different reply. I then was informed of a partial refund for my cancellation and that over 25% of the cost of the booking was held. I then called ticketsatwork to file a complaint and see about getting this resolved. Then, I called the hotel to try and determine what had gone wrong. The hotel informed me that ticketsatwork had never contacted them about my reservation and instead they had claimed a single night’s cost as a fee for a no show. This was very upsetting as the initial call to ticketsatwork was four business days before the first day of the reservation. In addition, the hotel expressed that if I were to have called them directly only 24 hours before the booking then they would have given a full refund. This lack of action from ticketsatwork was very upsetting, confusing, and cost us a lot of money.
Ticketsatwork eventually contacted me back over 3 weeks after the initial cancellation about the complaint. I had continually called them to check on the status of disputing the fee and claiming a full refund over the course of this. They explained that due to it being through a third party vendor, it would have taken excessive time to change this and that the fine print said otherwise. In addition, any verbal confirmation that I had initially received which supported my decision to cancel was essentially a lie. I do not recommend ticketsatwork for any bookings, and will be staying far away from their company in the future.

There are 2 different cost totals appearing when purchasing tickets. The total on the first cart page is different because the tax and fees are not being calculated correctly as they have been in the past. The total now doesn't appear until you are inputting the payment card information. This is VERY misleading when purchasing tickets and should be fixed.

I bought 2 tickets (for granddaughter and myself) with the 2 drinks and 2 small popcorn. Using my tickets at work coupon.. It was 44.50. Got to the concession stand and was charged an additional 28.60 for the popcorn and drinks. Didn’t seem right. 73.00? Highly Disappointed

Refused to reinstate/reissue tickets or refund over $1000 spent. ABSOLUTE SCAM with the worst customer service ever. Currently in talks for litigation for felony fraud.

We ordered tickets for a Mrs Doubtfire show at the Shupert Theater in New Haven in late Jan. Tickets were supposed to arrive no later than Fri 3/6 for the Sun 3/8 2PM show. No tickets Friday. Called Sat at 8AM - tickets should arrive during the day. No tickets. Called at 8PM - assured us tickets by midnight. No tickets. Called at 8AM Sun. No answers. Finally at 9:30AM on the day of the show, we were told our tickets were cancelled. We had an entire day built around the show - dinner & hotel reservations. A refund w no apology or future credits or discounts. We asked to speak w a supervisor & were denied by the rep we were speaking with. We filed a complaint w them through their website 4 days ago - no response yet.
FOLLOW UP - I did receive a call from a manager (Richard). He was very apologetic & immediately gave us a voucher to attend a higher priced performance of the same show. I'm bumping up my review by 2 stars due to Richard's timely & generous response

If I could do zero stars, I would. I booked a hotel for a work trip I was in town for. I booked my hotel the night before with no issues. My total price showed 139 and some change. I get to my hotel to check in and they asked me if I wanted both room keys to each room. I informed the hotel staff that I only had one room booked and she informed me there were indeed 2 booked. I told her I only needed one room and that the 2nd one should not be on there. She said since I used a third party company that I would have to contact them to have the third party (ticketsatwork) reach out to the hotel and let them know of the cancellation. The first guy I spoke to was no help and told me that the tickets were non-refundable and that he understood it was an honest mistake but there was nothing he could do about it and that the hotel (Hyatt Regency, Milwaukee) would have to fix my hotel stay and refund me the money. I went back down to hotel desk and told them about this and they stated that Ticketsatwork was lying and they cannot see my booking information, so the company I booked through had to do it. I called again and got a lady went through the whole process and she sent a request over to the hotel to fix the error and refund my money for 1 hotel room. She informed me this would take about 72Hrs to hear back. I did not take the hotel room as I was hoping I would see my money back and yesterday 3/8, I got the email that apparently the hotel declined my request to resolve the issue. All in all- I will never use this site again and I will be informing my company of the ridiculous amount of effort I had to put into this just to get my money back, that I did not even get my money back, for a hotel room that was NOT even used.

Everything went well until I tried to add my card information for the payment. I entered it one time and it said to check again. I entered again, triple-verified, and it still would not take it. I even backed out of the order, reloaded my cart with the tickets and tried again but it still did not work. I finally had to switch to Google pay and loaded the SAME card information...then it finally worked.

The advertised deals were not actually deals... prices changed within the same day and ended up being over $100 more expensive than purchasing directly through the company. Prices shown at selection were not the same as in the cart. Ended up refunding what I could and booking elsewhere

Prices changes on a daily basis- I had a hotel held for a day to show the rest of the family and the price increase the following day.
I couldn’t seem to locate The Funlife Rewards from the previous purchase - I didn’t think they would expire, it should accumulate so we can redeem it for a better value.
