Using this “perk” cost me more than just buying the tickets directly online. WTF?!

Highly unimpressed. I totally understand that 3D showings have an additional surcharge, but it’s pretty shady how these ticket vouchers don’t cover the full cost for a regular ticket and then you pay the difference, instead, they just take the actual value you paid for the voucher and subtract it from the total cost of the ticket. So if a regular ticket is $20 in my market and a 3D ticket is $25, instead of the voucher I just paid for covering the $20 for a regular ticket and then I pay the $5 difference, it subtracts $12.50 from $25, and I have to pay the $12.50 difference. So it’s no different in price at all, in fact, because I’m a Stubbs member and the fees on the regular site would have been waived, using the voucher costs me MORE than I would have paid if I’d just bought them directly from the theater because the vouchers don’t take my Stubbs membership into account and charged me full fees. Pretty slimy if you ask me. WTH would they allow a scenario where having this “perk” actually costs more and screws you over? And of course, the vouchers are non-refundable, so I’m locked into being screwed. WTAF is wrong with people?

Weekend Getaway Savings

I was looking at lodging for a trip to Gatlinburg, TN on Booking and all the other dotcoms when I remembered I had signed up for Tickets at Work. I entered the dates and found that the prices were competitive if not better! Also, that T@W’s pricing had all fees included unlike the websites! I will use again for future travels!

fraudulent company.

fraudulent company.. operates out of the country. have tried to cancel since 12-9-25. Was told would be resolved in 72 hours it has been 21 days. Have been given the run-a-round with no cancelation or refund.

AMC savings, not so much...

The tickets I found for AMC seemed to be a pretty good deal and the transaction for purchase the vouchers was pretty smooth. There a fee that was added on that I didn't love, but went with it. Then went to the AMC site which was an option to purchase tickets from TicketsatWork. There they charged another convenience fee, which I was not expecting, so the deal didn't save me much money at all and took lots of time to enter each voucher and code and figure out how to make it all work. Great concept that needs a bit of work to make it worth it.

Hotels are scams.

I thought I was booking a refundable hotel room, since it was the same price as the website. Turns out it was a non-refundable room, when I tried to cancel with TicketsatWork and the Hotel their hands are "tied". Out $600 for the Christmas season, and worst of all every person on the phone is Indian using the AI "American Accent" voice over. So you know they don't care or have your best interest at heart. Not using TicketsatWork again for anything.

I made a mistake and scheduled my flight on the incorrect date. When I arrived to the airport terminal I was told by the airline to change the date to today's date because they still have more seats available. The airline was not able to change the date due to the fact it was considered a third party purchase. After spending at least 30 minutes on hold to speak with a live individual she told me that they didn't have anything available and I was not able to make are change the date on my ticket. My ticket was considered no refund.
So I had to purchase the entire ticket over through the direct "AIRLINE" for $596 one way.... I WILL NEVER USE TICKET AIRLINE AGAIN.... The only thing they had to do is change the date on my flight.... THEY ARE HORRIBLE
The sad part when I got on the plane they had over 30 seats available

Email Subject Not Clear

The email with the ticket was not clear. I checked my inbox for the ticket and saw two emails - My Order # and Order Confirmation. I ended up buying a ticket at the window, thinking that I had not received it. Now I have an extra unused ticket.

They play games

They play games! They book through Expedia and others as a way to make getting refunds exceedingly difficult. The hotel blames Expedia. Expedia blames Tickets at Work. Tickets at Work blames the hotel. Avoid the hassles and cut out the middle man. Book through Expedia et. al.

We’re truly sorry to hear that the guest is unable to make it to the hotel. We understand how stressful travel changes can be, and we genuinely wish we could do more.

As a third-party agency, we reached out to our supplier on the guest’s behalf, and a manager also contacted the hotel directly to request an exception. Unfortunately, Susana, the Front Desk Manager, informed us that the hotel is unable to approve a refund due to the booking being non-refundable.

If the guest is able to obtain written approval directly from the hotel, we will be more than happy to resubmit the request and advocate for them again. For now, though, the hotel has declined the refund based on the terms of the reservation.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist. We truly do care and want to support the guest as best we can.

Booking issue…

I was trying to book a room for hearing impaired and it wouldn't let me so I had to pick a regular room that costs more to get it to go through, It kept telling me to delete cart and try again , didn't work until I booked a more expensive room that isn't hearing accessible.

Glorified scalpers

I'd give negative stars if I could. I just looked at a bunch of the one star reviews here, and am seeing a trend that mirrors my experience. Do NOT use Tickets at Work for tickets to theme parks, concerts, or other pricier venues. It is a scam.

I used Tickets at Work to purchase tickets for myself and 3 other people to go to Disneyland. On their website, they used misleading language to deceive me into thinking that if I paid an extra ten dollars, I would be receiving $20 dollars in credit per ticket towards money that could be spent in the park on dining or whatever else we wished to spend it on.

This was entirely not the case. Instead, I was routed to the Dining Dollars website where my only options were to spend either an extra $43 to buy a $50 gift card, or an extra $85 to buy a $100 gift card, to spend at Disney or on Disney.com.

No one in our party wanted to spend the extra money just to save a few dollars a piece, so I contacted Dining Dollars and asked them for my money back. They told me the promotion was complimentary and that I hadn't paid anything to them specifically for the $20 promotional credit, and that if I wanted a refund, I should contact Tickets at Work for a refund. So I did, and they refused to even have a conversation with me about my case. They closed it, and basically said 'no refunds, sorry.'

Ridiculous. On the day I went to Disney, tickets off the website were $102. I paid $112 off of Tickets at Work, under the assumption that I was getting some kind of deal, or promotion. Instead, I wasted $40. Tickets at Work is clearly buying tickets from Disney, advertising their Disneyland tickets as some kind of promotion, reselling them for higher than retail price, and then refusing to refund the people who were ripped off.
