Very easy to book with ticketree, very helpful staff

first class service definitely recommend.

Spot on, all of our hotel and theatre bookings taken care of in one easy email. I would highly recommend and will definitely use for future trips.

Order taken, paperwork/emails on time and as promised.
No issues came up and our trip with theatre booking were all as requested.

Only caveat (and it could be down to me) was that the 1st class train tickets booked could have had underground tickets included - is this possible in the TicketTree system?

Absolutely fab hotel and loads to do nearby. Genuinely surprised with the price and couldn't believe how cheap package was. Have already recommended to family and friends 👍

I bought this experience for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and it did not dissapoint! Tickets arrived in plenty of time, hotel was amazing and they loved the show. Would recommend using ticket tree for a seamless experience!

I was a bit cautious at using TicketTree.com as I did have a few problems when trying to pay on-line but once sorted things were very simple. Service from Phil was courteous, helpful and very efficient. Hotel very good, able to leave baggage in luggage room as room not ready (we were early though) theatre performance excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.

I was very please with the service and the young man who dealt with me was positive and straightforward.

As with everything you buy online i had my concerns, but no problems at all, kept up to date on everything I needed, even emailed me several journey routes I could take including diversions or closed stations without me even asking for it! And was noted by them that the hotel was going under construction with some rooms , and if I was bothered by this they would go about changing my hotel for me, but the hotel was fine , didn't even know work was going on, overall very happy with the whole service provided. Defo use them again.

So easy to use & reasonable price. I booked a surprise night in London for my mum's 60th birthday with tickets to see Lion King all through Ticket tree. Would definitely use again.

I've never used this company before but have to say they are spot on for customer service. Had a little issue with an email address which was my fault in all honesty, they immediately picked up on it and contacted me directly. All was sorted with no fuss and my partner and I had a great time.

Everything was very easy and reasonable, we had a fantastic weekend.

Purchased hotel and theatre tickets as a package great hotel and great seats for show. Excellent value no problems collecting tickets would go with them again.

Brilliant!!!! Saved so much money on out overnight stay and theatre. Our deal was £170 for a stay in the tower hotel in London and tickets for the musical "beautiful". The hotel alone if we had booked separate would have cost £260 for the night which included breakfast which was spot on with loads of choice. And the theatre tickets would have been at least another £40 per person. So basically half price for a posh 4* hotel next to tower bridge London and a show absolutely amazing value!!! Would recommend and have recommended to several people so far and will definitely book through these guys again 👌🏻

Very good experience with your company. Hotel was great, area great and show was brilliant for the overall price for two nights stay and show. Only downside was if you wanted to cancel you still had to pay the full price as per booking I think there should be a cancellation policy put in place where you are able to cancel with full refund or part refund upto four weeks before travel.
