The reason it is not 5 stars is not…

The reason it is not 5 stars is not really the fault TigerChef; but that of the delivery..TigerChef shipped when they said they would and unfortunately the USPS could not deliver. So that affected the whole experience in a negative way.

Wrong Color, Improper Response

I ordered Navy. They sent black. I don't wear black. They are "out of stock" No forecast of when they will ever be in stock. No offer to return my $$$. Still selling NAVY on the website even though they are "out of stock"

Case of Microban 24hrs Spray

Ordered case of Microban 24hrs Spray. Considering how Covid has caused a delay & surge in prices for essential items, I feel like my order came in a timely manner. I was very pleased with a new product to me that gave 24hr protection & left the air smelling fresh. Will buy this product again & others from this company- Tigerchef.

ordered in May -still processing 6months later

ordered in May -still "processing " order now 6months later.When ordered time frame was 6 weeks...now close to 6months..no communication..nothing shipped. When i have reached out-get short response saying products not in ..IT WAS ADVERTISED FOR SHIPMENT DATE ^ WEEKS_NOT MONTHS___they have hundreds of my dollars

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

I ordered items back in May. I STILL haven't received anything but the sure as heck took my money that same day. This place sucks. I've been calling over and over again and I still haven't been able to speak to a customer rep. Don't ever buy from here. It's a scam. They're taking advantage of people with no guilt or remorse. I hope you enjoyed stealing from me.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

I ordered on June 29, 2020 (Lysol, Citrus). Although the fragrance was not an issue for me, I only ordered it because it was what they were advertising at that moment. I emailed them, July 21, 2020, concerning my order since I hadn’t received it. They gave me a different ship date of August 15, 2020. I emailed back August 9th, to confirm if this date was still good. On August 18, 2020, I called them, asked if they were getting any shipments at all. The lady said that they were getting shipments, but not in the fragrance I ordered. So I asked had any customers who ordered AFTER me, received theirs; she said YES, but it was in the “Crisp Linen” fragrance. So I’m like, “So you mean to tell me, you’d continue to “skip” over me, rather than check with me to see if I’d accept the “Clean Linen” over the “Citrus”...since I ordered way ahead of some of those clients...Yet, you just said to me, that We ship to customers in the order that we received them”? This lady said, “Yes ma’am, because you ordered “Citrus”, they ordered “Clean Linen”. So I asked if I could simply change my order, over the phone, to the ‘Crisp Linen’ so that I could possibly receive my order soon; she says “No ma’am, because if you do that, it puts you at the end as if you just ordered”. My mouth dropped. Then she says, “The system says your order should be here September 15, 2020, if you could hold on til then, you should have it. But if you decide you want a refund, instead, we would gladly send you a refund for the full amount of your order”! So I held on until September 26,2020 and emailed them asking for my full refund. They emailed me back saying I will get my refund. I am So Done with this company. I will NEVER... EVER... order from them again; nor will I refer anyone else to order from them. I believe, that Any other company, would’ve Simply Offered me the ‘Crisp Linen’ since that was all they were getting in their shipments, rather than continuing to skip over me like that. Lysol is in high demand by people now a days and since they already had my money, they wouldn’t have lost a single penny, by offering me a different fragrance that the one I ordered. This is terrible customer service, in My Opinion.

While it's frustrating that the scent that you ordered was backordered for longer than the other scent, it's unfair to push your order ahead of others who were waiting longer for that particular scent. Additionally, given the large quantity of orders for these products, we don't have the capacity to offer similar items without receiving a request from the customer. The worst non professional company ever…

The worst non professional company ever I did order a Clorox spray on the 4 the September and on the 15th call to find out when the order will arrive and they never answer phone calls and when I was lucky and someone answered it told me that they were out and they will have that product again on the 8th of October almost a month from my original orders no apologies or anything so unprofessional.

We apologize that you did not see the message when you placed your order. We offer our customers the ability to backorder products as these products are hard to get due to the COVID-19 crisis. Backordering a product means you reserve a "place in line" to receive this product as soon as it comes in.

I'M TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IS THIS COMPANY IS FOR REAL. I MADE AN ORDER FOR LYSOL AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS. BEING A CANCER PATIENT IT IS HARD TO GET CERTAIN THINGS TO KEEP THINGS EXTRA CLEAN WITH THIS COVID 19. AND ON TOP OF MY WAIT THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL TODAY AND TOLD ME IT WAS DELIVERED, AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY ACTED LIKED NOTHING CAME FROM THEM. THIS PLACE I TERRIBLE I WANT TO INVESTIGATE AND SEE IF ANYONE HAS EVER GOT THEIR SUPPLIES.

Ordered Lysol to go back in May

Ordered Lysol to go back in May. Payment processed! Still waiting for delivery! Due in stock date has changed at least three times. Trying to give the ‘benefit of the doubt’ under the circumstances, but I’m losing patience. Will wait through latest in stock date and if no I don’t receive a firm delivery date, will cancel order and request refund.

Order with caution

I ordered Lysol to go spray in April which arrived 6 weeks before the in stock date. I ordered Clorox disinfectant spray at the same time. Now, it’s August an it’s not available for at least another 8 weeks. I’m somewhat okay with that but what bumped them down from 5 stars to 3 is that they continue to allow customers to place orders for items thinking they will be in stock in a few weeks when in fact they must first fulfill the earlier orders placed months prior. This is a legitimate company. Customers service has been nice. Stop “reserving” the product and sell what’s in stock. Once your items have replenished, then reopen your online ordering. Order with caution. It can take 5 plus months for your order. Pack the patience.

SCAM business

Terrible business. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau as a scam. I ordered disinfecting wipes almost three months ago and, under the circumstances, cut them some slack. However, I called their customer service line to check on the order status and waited almost an hour on hold for a representative. Nobody picked up. Then I chose the call back option and it rang back immediately! However, it put me on hold and I waited ANOTHER half hour. SCAM!

I ordered multiple items in May and still haven’t received them. I read a review that stated they ordered the same items months after I did and received theirs! Not cool!

DO NOT RECOMMEND TIGERCHEF; HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wish 0 stars was possible. I've ordered and paid for (4) table tops from TigerChef 2+ months ago and I've yet to receive them. They keep pushing back the delivery date. I ordered these in mid-May, and now (no surprise), their latest email indicates they're not expecting it until late September, which makes it my 4th delivery date change.

If it was not in stock in the first place, the ordering portion on their website should have made a full disclosure BEFORE I purchased it, but there was no mention of it anywhere. It wasn't until 10 days AFTER I placed the order, that I had to initiate an email to ask about my shipment status, only to hear for the first time that there's been a delay. (Which by the way, they should have reached out to me first to notify me, not the other way around). And since then, I've been going back and forth with them, only to get the same response of a pushed-back delivery date. If I knew I was going to get into this mess, I would've backed out earlier and gone with another vendor.

When I sent them my latest email with my complaint, they ignored addressing my direct questions and gave me an "automated" or "template" copied/pasted reply, which was infuriating that they couldn't even have the guts to address me.

All this to say, I called them just now and cancelled my order, cordially. Didn't even bother bringing up my frustration or reasoning; it's not worth another minute on these fools. Don't make the mistake of using them; worst customer service EVER. PERIOD.

MISLEADING WEBSITE...YOU PAY FOR A CERTAIN ITEM DESCRIPTION AND YOU RECEIVE A TOTAL DIFFERENT PRODUCT. ITEM

On June 2, 2020 I ordered a case of 12 Lysol Disinfectant Spray Cans that Kills 99.9% of VIRUSES & BACTERIA, mind you, this is exactly what Tiger Chef is advertising on their website. Rather I received a case of Lysol Neutra Air Sanitizing Sprays that only kills BACTERIA. I do not recommend website, they sold me something I never ordered. this should be treated as a crime as we are in critical times fighting a very scary and dangerous virus. it was not one can that I ordered, it was a case of 12 cans. I regret it!
