I purchased a refurbished monitor that had an issue.

I purchased a refurbished monitor that I immediately experienced a problem. JellieBelle tried her best to get Microcad to authorize a RMA. She spent a-lot longer than expected to help me. In the end, Microcad would not respond to requests and she came through BIGTIME! Thank you JellieBelle! Because of her, I will remain a TigerDirect customer!

Excellent Customer Service!!

I have been a TigerDirect customer for a decade now. I used to work in sales in one of the Tiger Direct stores in Jacksonville so I know their products are reliable and the deals are fantastic and they also have an excellent customer service!! Highly recommend!!

3 times i called to find out if they report to all 3 credit bureaus and every last rep acted stupid. 2 hung up on me and the other acted like he couldn't hear smh. Don't go thru this company if your trying to build credit personally or professionally

Well back in the 90s-00s this was a big company that you can count on. Now, the website is outdated, its terrible to try to find or search for something. If you want to talk someone for some help... just talk to your wall, you will get better answers.

I would give them zero stars if…

I would give them zero stars if possible. Worst customer service experience I've ever had, anywhere, for anything.

There ISN'T any customer service. Only lots of dead ends. I was hung up on about 10 times in the middle of conversations (after having waited on hold for minutes or longer).

Beyond terrible.

Stay Away!

Tigerdirect used to be number site long time ago. Now they have totally lost it.
I have about 80 orders with them since 2003 and stopped ordering since 2015. But in last few months I made mistake and placed 2 orders. Both orders we failures. 1 item from 1st order was never shipped. They provided some fake tracking number from drop-shipper, that doesn't produce any results. Customer service is terrible, they do not read, or maybe understand messages and just send standard replies.
2nd order was ergonomic mouse that wasn't cheap, main mouse button stopped working after coupe of weeks, when I asked for return/replacement they haven't even responded.
Their site is extremely outdated, doesn't even have HTTPS, and I cannot even access order history or print invoices for recent orders.
Stay Away!

It is the worst customer service on the…

It is the worst customer service on the planet. I have not dealt with a worst company in the last 30 years. They cancelled my ipad order but wouldn't cancel the Pen and case. I have spent 2 months trying to return it to them but they can't provide me a RMA number. I couldn't even get a them on phone for more than 2 weeks, and email replies it takes them at least two weeks if at all. So stay away and never buy anything from them. I hope they go out of business so others don't have to deal with this.

I’ll admit this happened over 10 years…

I’ll admit this happened over 10 years ago but the experience was so horrible I’m still gobsmacked.

I had ordered an expensive and time sensitive item that was supposedly in stock. It did not ship when promised. I was a new customer, my boss had recommended them and I did not realize that they would lie and over promise just to get the order, then screw you. I couldn’t get answers and I was getting increasingly frustrated.

Yes, I was giving the person on the phone a hard time because I was getting double talk and not answers. At one point he told me he was going to email my invoice. The document he sent contained a virus that crashed my computer. I was able to remove it and i was able to confirm that yes, this “invoice” was responsible.

I understand that customer service is frustrating and I’m sure they had a good laugh about how they “got” the difficult customer. But a it’s horrible customer service practice.

Terrible Customer Service

Told me I could return something with a restocking penalty. Two weeks later, they emailed me to tell me that I could not because it had been too long.

I will never shop here again.

terrible service, terrible communication.

First order - was in stock on their web page, received a confirmation. 6 hours later received an email that the order was cancelled. Second order (different item) was in stock, tracking indicated in warehouse and order was being processed - then tracking said back ordered and would ship when they received (with no indication that they would ever receive it). i need a product. NO email/text was sent to me indicating that the item was back ordered. Tried to call I've spent 2 hours listening to music ... and your call will be answered in just a moment.. before being told, via recording that they had a system failure. Permanently done with Tigerdirect. fwiw - my credit card shows two holds. Tried emailing on their form - no response. Terrible service.

Bad return policy

Got the product I ordered but realised I ordered the wrong thing. Have multiple calls in to the company to try to resolve this and just keep being told they're waiting on the manufacturer. It's been 2 months!!!
Update : It's been 2 more weeks and still no response from the company.
Update: 2 months later and guess what? Still no response.

I have purchased several new and …

I have purchased several new and refurbished computers from Tiger Direct over the course of the last 10 or 15 years. All computers remained in fine working order, including the used lenovo laptop I purchased 8 years ago and am currently using. Around Christmastime, I ordered a laptop for my mother and it was backordered, Any issues I have had with TigerDirect have been quickly addressed by customer service. So ... I cancelled the backordered computer and ordered a different computer. Easy peasy.

Horrible

Never, ever will I deal with Tiger Direct again. I bought a refurbished laptop right after Thanksgiving. It was marked in stock on the website. After placing my order, a couple days later I get an email saying it was on backorder. It took over a month to receive my laptop. 3 weeks after receiving it, the laptop wont turn on, charge or anything. I call them and they say they will send an email with a return label and will replace it. It's now been over a week and I have no email. I called them back and they said it will take 7-10 business days to receive an email. Why does it take that long to send an email? I dont even want to think about how long it's going to take to get a replacement once I return this one. This company is horrible, and take your money and gove you complete crap. Never again.

TigerDirect just don't have what I want.

TigerDirect just don't have what I'm looking for. In the past,
TigerDirect had so much to offer, not anymore. I used to be able to
assemble my own personal computer with supplies from TigerDirect.
Things sure have changed. I can't even find printer ink for my
Epson Workforce Pro WP-4530. So disappointing of TigerDirect.

Tiger didn't know Squat about my order--SURPRISE

I ordered a TV wall mount on December 2, 2019. I received a confirmation Email---Order Number: R4557457--. All information herein is subject to and governed by TigerDirect Business terms and policies. For more details, contact a TigerDirect Business account manager (or go to Tiger Direct site)
I didn't hear from Tiger, so I went online and I couldn't find anything about my order. I called Tiger, and I was told Tiger didn't carry wall mounts. I asked that the order be cancelled. I was told "No Problem. It's cancelled. I then ordered a TV wall mount from Ebay, and it arrived in a week. Several weeks later the TV wall mount from Tiger was delivered to me. Really bad customer service

I had 2 TVs, so I used both TV Wall Mounts

How issues are resolved is the real test.

Update again: Well, as of today, it has been three weeks since I sent back the defective lap top and still nothing...no laptop, no emails, not phone calls...nothing from Tiger Direct...
Update: It has now been more than two weeks since I returned the defective lap top to Tiger Direct and the replacement I was promised has still not shipped out. I guess Don Pacis was not as helpful as I thought...
Original Review: After placing several orders with Tiger Direct I ran into my first issue, a defective product. After nearly two weeks I was getting a little frustrated but I talked to Don Pacis, a Tiger Direct Account Executive this morning, and he was a great help. Shortly after our telephone conversation, I received an email with a return goods authorization and a shipping label. The defective product is now on it's way back, and the replacement order I requested is in the process of being fulfilled. Thanks to the quality customer service provided by Don, I will certainly be doing more business with Tiger Direct.
