Great company, my children have outgrown their junior towel robes so I bought them adult ones. The junior ones have lasted well, washed up great and been very well loved.

Called about ordering a physical gift card - birthday present - placed order as directed with message to send card to billing address. Cards never arrived. Nor any message/reply. Grrr. Have bought all my wetsuits for the last 15 years from shop.

Very helpful knowledgeable team and great value
Very helpful. First was able to take a board in the waves. As a result identified what was most important to me (68 years old) now and the guys and girls at Tiki helped me pick the right board. The manager Kraz was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you all. Been in the water every day since and no regrets. The right board at a great price.

Loved Tiki
Tiki were really helpful when I contacted them with a query about returns, as I had ordered 2 pairs of shorts due to not being sure which size to get.
When I visited the shop in Braunton, they had a great choice of clothes there and the staff were really lovely.

Was in 2 minds about getting the evolution trim or the new version of the evolution AMP’d trim. I called the Tiki Braunton shop and they gave some solid board advice. They couldn’t do enough to help me. Bought the board the same day and received it within 2 working days. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
