Don’t use this company terrible returns policy. I spoke to a nice man in the south shields branch who told I could return any unused tiles, even single tiles. Even the sample tile I bought.

I ordered them online as not in stock at the store. I ordered an extra pack just in case I ran short.

I have one unopened pack of tiles.

I requested to return the unopened pack of tiles, to be told in the most rude one sentence reply. No you can’t return a partial order.

So I have a £70 pack of tiles for nothing.

Terrible customer service. Do not buy your tiles here

You order tiles and all the gear to go with it and told your order is ready for collection, its an hours drive away to find that not all the order is ready, apparently they knew yesterday and the guy in the shop did not give a S!!T. UPDATE!! Different story today, Adam was superb and sorted me out, went the extra mile and put a big smile on my face..Thanks Adam.

I can't fault tile giant. Although I ordered by mistake tile giant happily cancelled my order and refunded me with no hesitation. There was no questions asked. I'd definitely use them again and I highly recommend.

I recently visited TileGiant in Whetstone and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, the team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect tiles for my home renovation project.

Mickey, Neil, and Aria were incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided numerous creative suggestions for tile combinations that I never would have considered on my own. What really impressed me was their willingness to physically move large tile samples around the shop floor so I could properly visualize how different options would look in my space - both for flooring and wall applications.

The level of personal attention was remarkable. Rather than just pointing me toward products, they actively engaged in problem-solving and helped me think through the design challenges I was facing. Their expertise and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers find the right solution really showed.

The service I received from Mickey and Jake in particular was simply outstanding. Their dedication to ensuring I was completely satisfied with my choices, combined with their professional knowledge and friendly approach, made what could have been an overwhelming decision much easier and actually enjoyable.

I'm extremely happy with both the products I selected and the entire shopping experience. TileGiant Finchley has earned a customer for life, and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. If you're looking for quality tiles and truly exceptional customer service, this is absolutely the place to go.

Great customer service quick response very polite customer service.

Very disappointed, I ordered £1,000 worth of tiles on- line having read that I can return unused tiles in their original condition to my local shop with-in 28 days of purchase. My local store and customer services will not accept them. I am now stuck with 6 boxes of tiles worth £300 in their original boxes. The website information is very misleading . Dreadful customer service. I'm now updating this review a week later. After spending half a day reading the small print and making numerous calls to HQ, arguing my case, they relented and refunded the money. But it has still put me off ever using this company.

I visited Tile Giant in Croydon on 28 June and was really impressed by the service. Brandon was incredibly helpful, taking the time to assist me with my tile selection and offering useful advice. Then on 7 July, I returned some leftover tiles and was helped by Aeron. He was equally professional — he kindly helped me unload the tiles from my car and made the refund process quick and easy. Chris in the Norwich branch on mile cross lane is amazing, as are the boys who work there too. We had the project of redoing our family bathroom, Chris helped us know everything we needed to think about before and during tiling. His wealth of knowledge was great and even when we came across a problem he happily helped from the other end of the phone. Whenever I popped in for extra materials, Chris and the boys were super helpful, Chris went above and beyond when it comes to customer service, he’s a credit to the business and the boys all work so well together. We won’t go anywhere else for tiles when we do our next project. Thank you for all your help

Forces staff to take orders on stock which isn’t even available with threats to there jobs if they don’t comply
Doesn’t pay his rent on his shops
Which forces staff members to lose their livelihood without any notice
The staff all do there best to meet customers needs but they are just fighting fires every day to keep their jobs

Think twice if you order ties from giant from Ormskirk
I ordered tiles from giant tiles from Ormskirk and they told me they have two delivery days in a week. You can order anything and you will get your tiles on time .when I ordered the tiles made a full payment, called them as I didn’t receive my tiles it’s took two weeks to get my tiles. After I need some more tiles and ordered them again she told me definitely coming Friday. No tiles arrived on Friday, I was given display tiles which were chipped. I said I ordered new tiles not a display and broken he said ok we will send you new tile on your address and I received same tile after 5 days which was chipped .great service

I had some tile trims fitted in Dec as part of full bathroom refurb and within couple months they look totally scratched. I haven't been cleaning them roughly or anything like that, barely touched them. Very annoying, as what am I meant to do now,... can't just replace the trims. Spoke to customer services on chat but he was useless. It is very frustrating when get full bathroom done and gone like this. Really worried how it will look in the future. Will be a right mess. Careful when buying trims from here.

I was fortunate to meet Brandon last week at the Croydon store who was really helpful with his advice, very personable and helped me to make the right decision. I also needed to order more tiles today and in Brandon's absence another member of staff was again very helpful. Absolutely great service. Thank you

I ordered £800 of tiles online only to find out when I the delivery didn't arrive that they were discontinued. Ok so mistakes happen but it's now 10 days later and, despite chasing on multiple occasions, still no sign of a refund or even a confirmation email to say that one is on the way.

They haven't proactively contacted me once so I've had to do all the chasing despite them being at fault. There is a long wait to get through to Customer Services when I have managed to get through (e.g. 20 mins wait at #1 position in the queue).

Having been let down by our first tile supplier we had a tight deadline to meet. Jacob at the Nottingham branch more than met our expectations. Jacob was professional & personable and true to his word, our tile of choice was delivered the next day. They stock a wide range of good quality tiles and the outstanding service won’t be beaten. No order delivery, no response to e mails and not able to get through to anyone to discuss plan for delivery. Queue position 2 for last half hour? In a world where Amazon crushes businesses who do not meet customer delivery and customer sevice problems , you can not afford to operate like this
