Good staff service but no heating in store isn't good wanted to run out but due to the great service by staff stayed

I've gone there just to have a look cause I'm planning to do my bathroom. You have really nice tiles but so cold. I was freezing in there.The poor fellas where very nice but I won't be back till the heaters are on.

Had been to your competitors next door was not going to come into your store as looked a little grim from the outside but as soon as I stepped in I was greeted by the most helpful member of staff, Roy and am now ditching your rivals to buy my tiles from you because of your staff… great job Roy

We were immediately greeted and other people were being served, but in a few seconds we were asked and shown to the tiles we wanted. The sale was smooth and Caleb and Steve at Maidstone were very helpful.

Bought from the Whetstone branch where we were served by Jake. Very friendly and approachable and happy to help, made the whole experience very enjoyable and easy.
Also very easily reached on the phone and very helpful services there as well. Overall pleasant experience.

Shaun was brilliant full of knowledge and helped us find the right tile and equipment we needed great service and great price thanks and can’t wait for the tiles to be delivered👍👍

Sean at the Giant Tile Centre, Macclesfield was so helpful, he went the extra mile and we will certainly all go back in the future.

Eamonn is very helpful, friendly and professional. He was patient with our order and helped me a few times when I had extra questions and at the pick up of the materials.
The shop has also great selection of everything, it is my first point of call next time. Thank you!

We've had a couple of great customer service experiences at the Christchurch, Dorset Tile Giant store and feel that it's worth the time to write a quick review as customer service and retail staff knowing what they are talking about are few and far between!

Second shout out to another gentleman at the same store, who I didn't get the name of, but was also very helpful and knowledgeable a month or so ago.

Great customer service especially by Terry at Tile Giant Bracknell he was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble! If you ever need tiles please come and see Terry he will definitely help you out - 5 star will def be coming back

Sean Howard at the Hull store was extremely helpful in getting me a large quantity of Medici style white tiles.. he made the sale very easy, the delivery was very careful and arrived on the correct day (although they arrived in the AM rather than PM). I would definitely buy tiles from Tile Giant again, the price was great for very good quality tiles with the professional tiler also commenting on the quality.

Shopped at the Plymouth branch. Excellent customer service, all the staff went above and beyond to help choose the right tiles. Friendly, helpful and kind.

Visited all 3 tile shops in Rayleigh Weir business estate and found tile giant to be the most helpful and reasonably priced. Good selection of tiles. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Allowed us to take some samples home.

Absolutely brilliant service as allways, Lee is allways there to help us out and get us sorted quick time. Being in the trade this is paramount importance allways a great smile and service wouldn't go anywhere else. Area managers want to get em a pay rise

I got our tiles from the Birkenhead store. I found everyone there very helpful. They had some very good tiles and they were delivered without a problem. I would recommend them any day.
