What an absolute joke of a company

What an absolute joke of a company, we ordered 1500 tiles so we could tile all of our downstairs floor. The order arrived on time (surprised after reading some of the reviews). The builder who is doing the work on our house is laying them. We were told by Tile Mountain that they didn't need sealing, well they certainly do unless you like black terracotta tiles. So that is 240 tiles that are wasted and ended up in the skip. Next is the breakages, it looks like the they played football with them as I've had over 500 breakages so far, some boxes I'm only getting 4 or 5 whole tile from. If I could rate them 0 *, I would. I've tried ringing but no reply, I've been emailing them sine 11/08/2020 & only had one reply saying they will investigate the breakages, it's now 08/09/2020. I Will never order anything off them again or recommend them to anyone.

Wanted LTP polish products

Wanted LTP polish products. (Which are excellent). Difficult to find locally as Wickes never seem to have in stock. Prices very competitive even including delivery. Ordered Friday lunchtime on 2-3 working day delivery. Actually arrived at 8am Saturday morning.... about 20 hrs after ordering! Fabulous thanks

Better than Wickes!!!!

My tiles arrived 3 days after I ordered them in good condition.
I've been waiting since 10th July for Wickes to supply them! So that order is cancelled.
They are a bit dearer which is why a 4 star review not 5 star, but worth it to get the job finished!

Shambles

Buying a box of tiles could not be more difficult. I ordered a single box with next day delivery, a week later still no tiles. Emailed tile 'Magic' and was told there 'was a glitch in the system meaning your order did not load onto our processing screen'. I asked for tile magic to refund the next day delivery and send the tiles to me asap. Next email response was to tell me they didn't actually have any of those tiles and they take 6-8 weeks to order. I cancelled my order and used 'Walls and Floors' instead. How can I leave anything other that a terrible review for that?

The tiles I bought were great products…

The tiles I bought were great products at a great price. However, initially they did send the wrong sample tile which delayed the ordering process as I had to wait for the correct tile. So I paid Next Day Delivery as time was getting tight and the Courier messed up so I didn't get Next Day. Customer Service were good and refunded delivery charges but said there was nothing they could do as it was in the hands of the Courier. As Tile Magic are the Courier's customer I think there is more they can do. The delivery charges are steep compared to other Companies and the delivery service is letting them down - maybe time for a rethink.

Placed an order a while back for the …

Placed an order a while back for the Brighton Ivory Ceramic Tile. Received confirmation and next day delivery. Really happy with their service and the price was half of what I would have paid from British Ceramic Tile who manufacture the tile!

unprofessional, not helpful, Not recommended

Placed an order late one Sunday afternoon, Got some sort of reply straight away, so everything seemed okay. 1 week went past, and still hadn't received my order, Phoned them up to tell me that the tiles I wanted had been discontinued ( 1. They hadn't let me know, even though they had my number and email ) 2. Hadn't refunded me at all ) Now to be fair when I phoned them up, the guy was helpful, and did seem to care, as a good will offered me "Free" next day delivery, I just had to pay standard, Which still was £35 ( £10 saving ) So yesterday, I go to order my tiles, and the lady that picked up the phone was terrible, rude, long long pauses on the phone, and just didnt seem like she wanted to be there at all, let alone on the phone trying to get a sale, After I ignored her rudeness, I placed my order, when confirming delivery, she said the tiles would have to be left curb side, Which is a good few hundred yards from house. She said there was nothing she could do, and everyone would be the same. ( There not, better websites delivery to your door, Like the company I ended up using ) The only thing she suggested, with a nasty tone was refund and cancel. Which I happily accepted. If youre looking for rudeness, Someone who doesnt care, Then this is the company for you, If you want a respectful company, Then stay well clear.
