🚫 **ABSOLUTELY AVOID! Total Scam – 1/5**
I bought a Tile and bitterly regret my purchase. All I wanted to do was change the icon in the app from a backpack to keys. I confirmed the change and pressed "reset". Bluetooth was enabled, everything seemed normal… except the battery was low.
The result: my Tile has become permanently unusable. There was no clear warning that this harmless action would render my tracker gone for good. This information is intentionally hidden.
The app absolutely does not warn you that an active Bluetooth connection and sufficient battery are required for changes to be saved. This info is nowhere to be found—it’s a total deception.
The customer service is even worse. You run in circles for hours with bots that just loop you from one menu to another. The option to speak to a human is well hidden. When you finally manage to reach someone, they don't look for a solution at all: they only offer you a discount to buy something else.
Apparently, when you reset a Tile with a dead battery, it can never be reactivated again, even on the same account and by the same person. It’s ridiculous and hard to believe. It’s like being told: "Your Bluetooth speaker doesn't work anymore because it’s out of juice? Just buy a new one every time!" With Tile/Life360, that’s exactly how it is.
Frankly, it’s organized robbery: a product that bugs out on basic manipulations, a poorly designed app, nonexistent documentation, and a customer service that openly dismisses you. All of this for a tracker that turns into a brick just because of an empty battery.
Do not waste your money. Life360/Tile is finished for me. I strongly advise everyone against it. There are much better options out there (Apple AirTag and other alternatives).
I lost time, money, and my trust. Never again.

Hi, samples came really quick. I picked a tile perfect for my kitchen unfortunately only needed 4 metres and the shipping was £78.00😒. I still haven't found a tile.
Why can tiles not be sent via courier.
I am sure some people on need small amount of tiles for splashbacks.

Ordering is easy and delivery came quickly. I was not there for the delivery but my builder was. It seems as though everything is in order and hopefully in good condition. Driver kindly phoned just before arriving which was useful.

Very pleased with our tiles. Very minimal damage in transit but had plenty spare! They look excellent and high quality in place too.

The tiles look great quality but they only send a section of the tile, so it is very difficult to assess if it would look right in the space.

I realise these are sent for free, but it would have been useful to know before ordering that these would not be full tiles.

Waste of postage and time, unless all you want is for colour-matching purposes.

An option to purchase 1 tile and get postage free for samples would have been more useful!

Requested samples arrived promptly and look to be of very good quality

Sample arrived quickly and I loved the tile. Unfortunately my husband thought it was a little too busy for the space we needed to fill.

I have had the tiles laid and they look amazing! Im over the moon with them. I have pets and so needed something "pet friendly". I was kept well informed of the delivery date and time which was helpful being as I ordered 35 boxes of tiles which were left kerbside so needed time to get them onto my property. I am so happy I ordered more of the same for the adjoining rooms 😊❤️

Lovely tiles arrived safely, obviously remember if you are buying a relatively small quantity the delivery charge adds £10 a metre to the price ! But aside from that very pleased with tiles.

Brilliant ,any tile ive required they have sent,first class and when ive made my mind up I will truly buy from them. 🤩

I ordered two packs of tiles to re-tile a downstairs toilet. The delivery was quick but unfortunately tiles of the correct pattern but wrong colour were sent. Consequently, I cancelled the order rather than wait for the correct ones to be supplied. I have been refunded in full. Who knows, I might consider Tiles360 in the future if another tiling job comes up?

Very pleased with my tile choice, samples I'd chosen delivered very quickly and once I'd decided, they delivered within a few days. Decorator in the process of laying them now and looking just as I'd imagined.

The first delivery company however we're awful. Tiles360 customer help team were great and sorted the delivery issue straight away

Arrived promptly and the delivery driver brought them all the way down our long drive to the door.
Really pleased with the tiles however two were broken. Thankfully we can still use the larger pieces.
