Placed an order one day and they were delivered the next day. The delivery man was very helpful and put them in my garage where I wanted them.

The whole experience from ordering was professional. Quick delivery, extremely well packed however we had couple of broken tiles on arrival, this was dealt with immediately and replaced following day.
Absolutely love the tiles ,and excellent customer service.

Very fast delivery. Unfortunately a full box came with broken tiles but tiles 360 were very prompt to resolve the issue . I would highly recommend this place !

I ordered 3 samples that arrived the next working day; ended up purchasing one of them and it's gorgeous. Sample sizes could do with being slightly larger, to fit the pattern if there is one, but other than that great service.

Great tiles and well good price been looking for ages but most other tiles are saw were double the price so will be buying again

Paid £65 for delivery, chose date, the tiles didn’t arrive, id taken day off for the delivery, no communication from company or delivery people, when I contacted customer service and asked for my delivery charge to be refunded, they refused. Go elsewhere if you can.

Really nice quality tiles. A small number of the tiles that were delivered were broken but these were replaced within 48 hours. Excellent customer service

Ordered sample tile for comparison, then ordered tiles for kitchen renovation. Arrived quickly. Contacted 360 Tiles as some tiles broken and a replacement box was sent out a few days later no questions asked.

We made a mistake with our order, not enough tiles. We were under sever time constraints but the staff went out of their way to sort things out for us and got the tiles to us quickly.

Having read the reviews I was a little worried about ordering. However, they were the only retailer to offer the tiles I wanted. On the day delivery was due the tiles never arrived, so I rang the office the following morning and a very helpful lady chased down my order and rang me back straight away to let me know they were on their way. Unfortunately I wasn't going to be home. The website clearly states that tiles are to be inspected upon delivery, but I was assured that if there were any broken tiles there would be no issue getting replacements, and a note was made that I would not be in to take delivery. Thankfully I found the order left for me where I'd asked. The tiles are beautiful, no breakages. So, ok, a wee delivery issue, but it was resolved. Customer service was easy to reach and very helpful. I don't leave many reviews, but given this retailer seems to get some bad ones, I thought I'd add a positive one.
