Tile Supply Ltd 

No problems with this company but I have only had one dealing with them. The tiles bought were exactly as described and at a much cheaper price than the same ones at one of the major tile companies. Am also satisfied with the delivery schedule.
Oh..., one further example of good customer service was when the card transaction did not go through and an employee from the company rang to let me know of this. He was polite and pleasant in going through the process again, ensuring that this time it all went through correctly. Well done.

I ordered a selection of sample tiles in two separate batches. Both arrived the next day and were very well packed in bubble wrap and cardboard. All the tiles were of excellent quality, and the price was far more competitive than similar tiles we have seen elsewhere. Will be placing several orders in the very near future!

Ordered 3 boxes of tiles to be delivered in fareham area. The ones I ordered where out of stock so they matches another product, which were identical, and sent them off to me. They arrived the next day! One happy customer! Cheers guys!

Ordered a sample of the wexman tile in Californie it arrived within a few days as stated and they kept me up to date with the progress of my order via email. The colour was exactly the same as the online picture so I ordered 19 tiles, all arrived well packaged and a week later, again I was kept informed of the order's progress and was emailed with the date of delivery. Very good service would definitely use again and would recommend this company. Can't wait to see my new tiles when my new wet room is finished next week!

I ordered and paid in full for an item that the website said was in stock. I rang twice to chase up and on the second call they admitted that it was not in stock and have no idea when it is coming in. This is a really poor customer experience and I wish that I had not dealt with this company in the first place.

Buying tiles to match existing, I was able to find the exact same make/type/product number. Better price than the original tiles too. The tiles came in two days and were exceptionally well packaged. Excellent service.

Ordering promises 2-3 day delivery. After a week I emailed and was told there was a pproblem with my delivery and I could expect to wait a few more days.
I'm annoyed I wasn't warned about this when I ordered as I've paid someone to come round and do the tiling. Except I don't have tiles. If I'd known it would take this long I'd have ordered them elsewhere.

I ordered a sample product which they had trouble getting hold of, but instead of making excuses they were professional and communicated regularly to let me know what was going on. I then ordered 40 tiles and by my own mistake hadn't realised delivery needed signing for and that I would be away on holiday. I sent company a quick email and they adjusted delivery, with no fuss or charge they arranged for the tiles to be delivered the day I arrived home! Outstanding service in my opinion. The product was exactly what I needed and though I was unable to source the tiles elsewhere they were provided at a low cost and delivered promptly! I couldn't be happier!

I bought my tiles online .i was adviced to go to our local dealer however I didn't want to be pressurised with the salesmen advising me to buy something I didn't want. The prices are really good and I knew I was saving the moment I started Browsing "tile supplies " webpage. I had a slight issue with payment ,my online payment didn't go through . I was informed immediately by the company via email. I rang and the none payment was purely a blip. I paid with my card over the phone. The delay in payment didn't delay the delivery. I was informed of the delivery process on a daily basis and when the tiles arrived they were packed really well .
I would recomend anyone to take a look at this tile supplier before committing to buying anywhere else

I placed an order two and half weeks ago. When I track the order it says "Picking"... how long does it take to pick?... i ve experienced this with Tilesupply now three times. It always up to the customer to expediate the order...otherwise nothing happens.
