Despite having had my camera a while I still received great customer service when sorting a new issue. Fast response and solved the problem very quickly.

We Have bought 4 cameras from time 2 (2 Oscar and 2 Olivia) and found these cameras and the App to be very easy to setup. And when we did have a request for help for spare parts for Olivia because it was out of warranty the support team were incredibly helpful in sourcing me the part. Overall the product and the support have been fantastic! Keep up the good work supporting team 😉🥰

I bought one camera to keep an eye on my Mum who had become bedbound. It was great, we could talk to each other through the camera, when she couldn't manage the phone anymore. I then bought another one to keep an eye on her carers in another room. Was so pleased I bought myself two, then bought one each for my three children. My son was burgled and it has helped him regain confidence in his home security. My brother has since bought one for himself and his daughter. Obviously we are Time2 fans! One of our cameras keeps losing wifi connection and the light keeps flashing, even though it is close to the router and the other one is at the other end of the house and fine. Any suggestions please?

One of several purchases I have now made with Time 2, both the product and support I required was very good.

I bought 2 Oliver 2 indoor cameras, they were easy to set up and work great.
I was away for a few days And got a motion and sound alert, on viewing I Gould see we had a water leak. This enabled me to call my son to turn the water off, and limit the damage. Great product

Brilliant Outdoor 1080 HD Camera,Easy Set Up,cast straight to your TV.
Wanted to catch a unwelcomed visitor in my loft,with the instant notifications,within hours after setup I got alerted of both sound & movement straight to my phone .
I had a couple of Technical Questions I wanted to ask, So I instant messaged the Customer Service team,who ask me a few questions to established what help I needed,within minutes they came back and all my Questions were answered.

Ok, listen up everybody! If you are looking for a really decent, efficient, simple to use, reliable and smart security camera that’s great value for money, MADE IN BRITAIN, WITH A 14 MONTH WARRANTY and FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, this is it!
I’d previously purchased some of the Chinese security cameras, but despite their claims of ease in setting up, picture quality etc, I was not 100% satisfied. (You need to filter the reviews and read the critical ones, which is what made me decide against the Chinese versions.) I spent A LOT OF TIME researching many WIFI enabled security cameras but they all seemed to have the same flaws.
And none came with a warranty.
I came across TIME2 OLIVIA - I bought OLIVIA 2 (pack of two cameras), and after reading the reviews was satisfied that this was THE ONE!
Once I’d placed the order, I was sent a lovely reassuring email that included instructions for a quick set up and the use of a reliable customer service.
This company KNOWS what ‘Good Customer Service’ means and this is important!
Free two day delivery was a bonus!
The cameras arrived well packaged with instructions, USB cable and 3 pin plug, and a disc type clip that clips on the bottom of the camera so that you can fix it to the ceiling etc., (I’ve just placed mine on the mantle in the living room, and the second one on a shelf in the bedroom.
Using the app on my iPhone, I can move the cameras to tilt up and down and rotate nearly 360 degrees so I can see all around). Amazing picture quality!

There is also a sticker for your window warning people that your property has TIME2 Security, and also a warranty card for you to register your camera for 14 months.

The cameras are slim and elegant compared to the rest on the market. Setting up was a breeze (really am not a techy person), and I amazed at the picture quality, sound and ease of operation.

Wasn’t sure how to initiate the formatting of the sd card so I contacted Customer Service. Hannah promptly replied, giving step by step instructions, which I followed (so easy), and HEY PRESTO! It was up and running and on ‘constant recording’.
You don’t need to use a sd card, as you can just manually record when it is live, and the video will be saved in your photos app.
When the sd card is full it just goes to the beginning and rewrites.

I bought the cameras to keep an eye on my elderly parents when I’m out of the house, and this is a godsend! I chat to them throughout the day, and am able to discreetly check in on them going about their business.
They feel happier knowing that we're keeping an eye on them too!
You can also share the camera with someone else, by sending them the link to the app, which they download onto their phone, and then they too can also watch what's going on.

I still haven’t made use of all the features as I’ve been too busy, but I will experiment later.
For now, I can wholeheartedly say that this is THE BEST budget camera that has all the necessary features without the big price tag.
Hannah and the rest of the Customer Service team are really AMAZING!

As companies go, these guys at time2technology are absolutely lovely. They go the extra mile when it comes to helping out and advising their customers. As for the products, again, you can't argue with quality, and that's exactly what you get, a great value product, full of clever technology and something that's quite a bit more special than other brands. My recommendation here is this, don't go anywhere else, use these guys.
