Chandan made the booking so easy.

My first solo trip with Titan, which took me to Cairo and then a cruise on the Nile . I felt safe the whole time I was away, escorted from the moment I closed my front door to the moment I got home , the tour guide was excellent , the Egyptologist was excellent , so many trips to the pyramids ,temples , Filuka’s , light shows it was amazing I feel sure I have seen everything and more . The hotel and the boat were great , the staff could not do enough for you . Thank you Titan for making my childhood dream come true .i will Definately use Titan again

On the Irish tour for the week. Ann our tour guide and Paul the driver are fantastic. Ann is very knowledgeable and shares lots of interesting history. Very highly recommended

We travelled on the Greek Medley tour with Titan.
We have used Titan in the past and always found most trips etc. well organised and included. The driver picked us up on time at 2am. From the outset it was obvious he was tired. We started off by turning the wrong way up the dual carriageway!. He then did a U turn and crossed the central reservation to the correct carriageway. We had to pick someone else up at Melton Mowbray which was a bit out of our way, but is acceptable. She sat in the front. His driving became a bit erratic with speeds varying greatly. She was talking to him and she told us later that he had been nodding off at the wheel and she had to keep nudging him. It was frightening. He said he had had a long drive the previous day, did some more work later and had not been to bed. We were glad to get to the airport!.
The flight was fine and on time.
Joanna, our guide met us at the Greek airport and dealt with all arrivals quickly and efficiently. The first hotel had excellent facilities but was large and brash (720 rooms) and not one we would have chosen as it was full of package tour young people. Rooms were good and meal choice excellent.
The second hotel on Symi was much smaller and of the type we like. It was a bit out of the way, however and storage in the rooms was minimal. They also charged 10 euros for a sunbed at the front of the hotel which we thought was a bit off. We had requested when booking that one of us was vegetarian, but this was not passed onto this hotel or the next so food choice for vegetarians was minimal to non existant.
The third hotel at Leros was ver good if a little dated (in a nice way). Again, food choice for vegetarians was poor, but for the rest was fine. Incidentally, on our last tour with Titan (to Japan) information about vegetarian food was not passed to the airline in either direction.
Very few excursions were included on this tour, most being chargeable optional extras. One particular note was 'included walking tour of Lindos'. It wasn't - it was transport there and back with no time to visit the acropolis.
The homeward driver was very good and drove us safely.
We, and others, found this 'tour' disappointing and felt like corners had been cut. It wasn't cheap, and although we have used Titan in the past would be very reluctant to used again.

Sophie was very diligent in ensuring all my needs were met. I need an accessible room and she contacted both hotels to make sure they were available before booking my holiday and taking the deposit. She went through everything in detail. Very caring

I recently shared my frustration regarding a cancelled holiday to Turkey, that was booked with Titan Travel.
While I acknowledged that my claim fell outside of their standard booking conditions, I was still deeply disappointed by the dismissive tone of Titan Travel's communications, and their lack of consideration for my specific circumstances as a long-standing customer.
Following a rather scathing review that I posted on TrustPilot, I was contacted by a representative from Titan Travel's parent company, Saga Travel. I am pleased to say that their approach was far more professional, empathetic, and conciliatory.
After a constructive exchange, I'm pleased to say that we have reached a mutually agreeable monetary resolution. I would like to commend Saga Travel for their patience, and for stepping in to rectify the situation during what has been a difficult time.for me.

Everything about this trip was excellent. The information sent in advance was informative. The pickup from home to Gatwick was seamless and the driver very considerate. Flight with Croatia Airlines was pleasant and our tour manager, Bobby was there to greet us.
He was exceptional all tour giving us lots of interesting details about the places we visited plus taking care of our safety and he was great fun.
The ship and crew were friendly and professional throughout - the chef managed to prepare delicious meals in the tiny galley.
There were also knowledgeable local guides at some of stops.
I especially like Zadar and the sea organ.

We went on the Adriatic Coastal Explorer tour in a small boat in Croatia. We rang to book and were given good advice to help choose the holiday that was right for us. We had no issues with the booking process. However, the pick up from home didn’t go too well. We were picked up on time and the driver was friendly and helpful but we had to go an hour north (we were heading to Gatwick!) to pick up another guest. This meant that an hour and a half into our journey, we were only 20 minutes from home. Worse, we were very tight for time to get to the airport and it was quite a stressful journey for us and the driver. More thought needed to be given to pick up times and order of collection and more time given to get to the airport - especially on a bank holiday Friday.

However, that aside, we had a fabulous time on the tour. The itinerary was varied and we saw a mixture of cultural sites and natural wonders. Our tour manager, Bobby, was fantastic both as a guide at different sites and in offering advice and assistance. Nothing was too much trouble for him whether it was booking restaurants on our behalf or running (and arranging prizes) for an evening quiz.

We also found the crew on the ship to be amazing. They were friendly provided a first class customer service. The chefs created top quality meals in the tiniest galley. Meals and drinks were served with a smile and our cabins were kept immaculate. Finally the captain and crew were totally professional and we felt safe in their capable hands.

From the chauffeured journeys to the tour manager, Titan excelled. The local guides were also fun and knowledgeable which was appreciated by our group.
I loved the ship, crew and amenities on board, and the sailing was enjoyable. As a taste of Croatia, the week was successful.

After attempting to book online and failing at the payment stage I resorted to a phone booking. Melissa, who dealt with my booking was courteous and polite and explained in detail each stage of the booking process. After completing the passenger details the payment process was seamless.
I was extremely happy with the service provided and would happily recommend Titan to my family and friends.

From the pick-up from home to the drop-off a week later, an absolutely first- rate wonderful Croatian island holiday on Liberty. The team led by Marco were friendly helpful and extremely professional as well as being great fun. Best holiday ever!

It was a fantastic holiday from the moment I was picked up from home.
The liberty was a great ship and the crew certainly made it for all there guests. They all stand out as providing a great service on holiday.
The food was a great time to spend your day watching for the menu to be posted on WhatsApp for the day. Marco the tour guide was a asset to the company and hope he spends many more years at titan. He organised us all and made sure the trip went smoothly.
We all enjoyed the company of the other guests which made the trip more memorable.
I will be back to one of the shops on the future. Well done and 5 ⭐

The crew on board were very friendly with very good quality food and variety
The tour manager Bobby was also excellent
The small town Vodice was not worth stop off but all other stops had something of interest

Tried to book online but deposit payment wasn’t processed. However the phone option worked well. Lisa was very thorough and attentive so we booked the holiday we wanted to. Happy with today’s result.

Great Croation cruise on the Amorena. Enjoyed every moment. Excellent food, nice varied program, super tour manager. Highly recommended.

I have given 5 stars as Michaela from Titan Travel was excellent with her friendliness , expert knowledge and never tired of my questions when I booked 'The Great Indian Rail Journey' this week with her.
Now the great adventure will begin in October this year.

I can always trust Titan to deliver on great itineraries and to look after me on tour.
The cruise on the MV Liberty was perfect for me. The ship is an absolutely wonderful place to be, the crew are amazing, welcoming and work really hard to make sure passengers have the greatest time.
The Tour Manager is fantastic -knowledgeable, attentive, well prepared, friendly & creates a really great atmosphere.
Perhaps it says it all that this was my second time on this trip & I would do it again.
