Unfortunately I was not able to provide specific details required so she was not able to resolve the problem. She has been very helpful and if I was to find specific details required I was asked to contact you again with a reference number provided.

It was my first time ever contacting TK MAXX customer service and can honestly say that I am so shocked at how amazing their customer service representative Isabelle dealt with my query. I received the wrong size footwear and was contacted after an investigation was carried out at the warehouse to make sure the correct size was picked. All contact made was followed up as advised and I have now received the correct item. Thank you Isabelle for making my experience an easy one. TK MAXX should appoint you as a manager/ senior. My daughter dragged me into TKMaxx in Hanley, Stoke on Trent. I have always avoided going as I thought it was expensive. I was pleasantly surprised at the wide range and excellent priced and quality of goods. Needless to say I walked out armed with a massive bag of items. Would like to mention we we were served by a lovely lady named Tracey she was friendly and we engaged in a conversation about our love of dogs. So refreshing to have someone who was actually interested in our conversation. Thank you Tracey and thank you TK Maxx I will definitely come again. 5*

Don't waste your time ordering online.I didn't receive my item and was refused a refund. Case reported to Retail ADR.🤞🤞
My wife went to Trinity Street store Bolton today to buy presents, she found items in the store, good value, she was pleased until she was treated badly by a till assistant, the assistant decided without warning that she was going off the till and told my wife she would have to rejoin the queue at the back, the assistant was rude with her instructions,the assistant was a middle aged woman , my wife left the store leaving her chosen items behind and moved onto a different company and found alternative items, better priced and was treated as a customer. We won't use TKMAX anymore,shame really they do stock nice items with choice.

01923 473561 in response asked for James as instructed, the customer service assistant said they had no record of my complaint on Trustpilot
Still no feedback from this company, looks like they are in denial, suppose this is the normal for big stores with no consideration for its customers.

Several tills were completely empty, yet only two staff were serving, causing long, slow-moving queues. I waited over 10 minutes just to pay, which is unacceptable for such a busy store in a high-traffic location.
To make matters worse, there was no sense of urgency from staff, and being asked “why are you not smiling?” after standing in a queue that long came across as completely tone-deaf and unprofessional.
The store itself has a good range, but the lack of staff and inefficient checkout process completely ruins the experience. Until this is addressed—either with proper staffing or self-checkouts—I wouldn’t rush back.

Received a damaged broken ornament that was nt wrapped in any protective wrapping to arrive via post . As I’ve just had an operation I’m unable to go back to a store . I contacted customer services and they have fully refunded me . Thanks
