Terrible
Recieved a return on the 10th of march 2026. No email confirmation to say it has been recieved and when refund will be processed. Rude customer service when contacted them. Just because you process a lot of returns doesn't mean you can't send a confirmation it has actually been recieved! Will never return anything via post again! Oh and still no refund
Now on the 23rd of march 2026 and still no refund or response from anyone! Ridiculous. Have emailed customer service three times now to be given a cheeky response that the warehouse processes many returns....how is that my problem...

Spoke with James this afternoon regarding issues I was having with the app.
James was extremely helpful and emailed me back with some troubleshooting suggestions.
Happily I was able to then make my purchases.

I bought 3 x picture frames online because I live in the country so not that easy to get to town. Goods arrived 2 are completely damaged / chipped with massive chunks of paint missing, when I look online to return it says I have to go to store. Very frustrating!

I placed an order on the 11/3/26 for a 24hr delivery,received two emails from Royal Mail stating it would be delivered on the 12/3/26,just turned up today the 16/3/26,but I rang customer service at TK Maxx and spoke to Hannah who refunded my delivery charge and was excellent.I decided to re order the item incase it sold out and did click and collect so now hopefully I will get a refund .

Absolutely terrible customer service and dodgy sales practices.
I purchased a dress online and less than a day later, it was reduced by £24. I contacted the company to request a refund for the difference - all other companies have refunded monies if it has occured within a certain time frame. However this was refused, so I informed them that I would be returning the order.
Surprise surprise, the order did not arrive and they have ignored further emails to look into why/provide a refund - in spite of agreeing to do so. Even a request for their complaint procedure has been ignored. I have been left no other option than to pursue a claim through my bank.
I have patronised this company for years but I shall not be ordering from them again. What a disgrace.
