I order a tiara for my daughters birthday on july 29 on august 14 I thought hmmmm let me check on my order. There was no tracking number so I wrote customer service to see where my package was at and they replied a week later saying my order is out of stock.......... No one was going to tell me anything, they were just going to take my money and forget about the customer......... Im so upset this was a gift for my daughter. DONT ORDER FROM HERE THEY WONT LET YOU KNOW IF ITS OUT OF STOCK THEYLL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.

That is not true, your records are wrong. I have on my record that you guys never sent any info on it being out of stock. All my complaints are finally being answered. And its all on my email under TMART.com I know how to use an email and your site. I was never going to be informed Until I wrote, If I would have never checked on my package by contacting customer service you guys would have kept my money basically. I would just like my money back.

I did a lot of shopping at Tmart as I trust it. Good choice for Chinese products.

i purchased what i was expecting to be cheap but i am surprize by the end result. First it was back order but i made sure that i wanted that item, i got it and it is better than expected. I will recomand this company to my friends no problem, and the customer services is very good.

I returned an item to Tmart a long time ago, and they will not provide a refund. I even sent it to the US address that they gave to me, not the China address. I also contacted them on several occasions afterward and they still will not provide a refund. I definitely will not buy from them again.

I have bought a 5.1A car charger for store points. But in fact this charger can give only about 1A. Customer service solved this issue fast and professionally gave me a lot (much more than I spent) of Tmart points as excuses.

Excellent company - good products and communication. I have bought a number of different products this year and all have proved to be good quality and great value.

I ordered a RUIZU X18 8GB MP3 player. It took only 14 days to receive it and the player is great, to a amazing low prise. I can not understand, how Tsmart can make any profit with this deal.
Reason not to give 5 stars is, that to start with the display, all menus and the to start instruction/manual were only in chinese.
It took me some time by trial and error in the blind to change the language.
Sending a product to Europe remember to configure it to English and ad an English manual.

Tmart is a very reliable site with very interesting gadgets. Some of them are not genuine but they are a lot cheaper. I fully recommend tmart.

I ordered 2 highlighters the month of January it came out with a total of 11.96, they took money from my account and kept making up excuses as to why. After i talked to Winnie she said id get a refund 1-2 days but i dont believe a thing this website says because i contacted them 4 times already about this order.
This is how the convo went after i explained what happened:

They are slow to ship, but quick to respond, and isn't afraid of giving refunds, because they refunded me for an order that didn't go through. Great selection and pricing, on par with other big Chinese sites.

I never received my product, but was charged

Bought expandable garden hoses (x2). They took forever to arrive but worse than that ,THEY LEAK BADLY.
Have contacted Tmart who asked me to send video clip of fault. Done that - nothing !
Have tried contact since and have been ignored.

We have been waiting three months for two fidget spinners. Your useless website said that they would be shipped in less than a week; it got shipped in over one month. Your dumb website is a scam. I hate this. I would never recommend tmart to anybody.

I have bought a product from your website, and that was at least 2 months ago and I've not got a thing since. Hope it comes one day... maybe a year or so... Even Wish beats you somehow.

Made my order and got email confirming that payment had been received, next day they want me to photograph front and back of my card, which i advise clients never to do as it is method of cloning card and getting information. Attempted to Contact customer service advisor on live chat - very rude and told me payment had not been received even though got 2 pieces of evidence to prove it did. cancelled order was told this will take 12 hours so need to phone my bank and cancel payment- what a farce luckily the item i want i can get elsewhere - this website is a scam and the couple of good reviews on here must be employees (scammers)

I just checked before order and thanks God I am escaped.

I've had very awesome experience with tmart.com no issues whatsoever I definitely recommend this site to a lot of my friends and ones who actually listen well I did tell them it's very addicting this site is created so well that it basically just sucks you right in to just keep viewing all the different products. There's definitely potential to create yourself a better future maybe even start your own business for me I've actually been trying to figure that out for a while and I feel like Tmart maybe my gateway to success. If I could and had the choice of work I would actually love to work for or with tmart.com either way I want to be associated.

Received dead device! Explained in details the problem, customer service asked to upload video but the link they sent do not allow to do this! Closed my case in 3 days!!!!! No replacement!!!! Keep away from Tmart
