Fraudulent company?

I ordered my product over 2 weeks ago. My credit card was charged and I still haven’t received my product which says completed on their website! I emailed them 3x with 0 return response. Even checked junk mail as this company appears to be junk. I warned the company that I would be giving a bad review if I don’t receive a response and sure enough here I am typing. Is this company even US based? I will be calling my credit card company as well to put in a fraud complaint if I don’t hear from them or receive my order.

I'm place an order on march 6

I'm place an order on march 6, still doesn't arrive. I wrote you with the copies of my selling screenshot twice and yours doesn't have any education to answer me. I CALL TOO and in the telphone # that you show nobody answer never. What can I tell You. I'm order same day 2 items more in Walmart and Amazon, they arrive in 3/4 day . Yours nothing.

When I first got my scale the box was…

When I first got my scale the box was banged up and my scale was cracked and chipped. Besides all that it's ok. It delivered on time.but I might not order from here anymore. My first and last time.

Avoid, do not buy from them

Still waiting for refund of order that was not as described and despite sending the item back. They just keep asking me for the tracking after receiving the item and are hoping that I will forget it. So I have lost cost of the item and the return postage also which was not cheap. They are drop shippers from Hongkong, best to avoid.

TMART SELLS ITEMS IT KNOWINGLY DOESN’T HAVE

Tmart KNOWINGLY SELLS YOU ITEMS THAT ARE DISCONTINUED AND UNAVAILABLE. They refuse to tell you; until you complain that you have not received the item. THEN THEY TRY TO REPLACE IT WITH AN INFERIOR PRODUCT WITH NO ITEMS INCLUDED - that were included in ORIGINAL ITEM PACKAGE. Like if you buy a violin with shoulder rest, extra strings, tuner, bow, etc. They try to replace it with just an inferior violin - with no accessories.

Complete and Utterly Disappointed

I was so excited to get my violin because I knew I would love it and immediately as I opened the case 2 STRINGS BROKE! Even the bridge almost snapped another!!! It was extremely poor quality! I would like to know if I am able to get a FULL refund

I have ordered an Elsa Frozen dress on…

I have ordered an Elsa Frozen dress on the 4th of January 2019. Last movement on 23rd of January, I still haven't received the order. First time that I have made use of Tmart but definitely the last time. I would not recommend Tmart to anyone.

Not happy with the latest order

I ordered from them before with no problems, but the most recent order of a 3/4 violin was not very good. The finest string was not aligned. It was out to far to the side and when it went up through the neck, it was rubbing on the side. I tried to straighten it, but it just broke. I tried to play the other strings, no sound at all. Not sure if they used the wrong strings or if it was the bow? Never got any response from them. I tried to post a review about it, but they never posted it. Very disappointing.

Don't buy there.

I made my first order 4 days ago I bought Digital Kitchen Food Scale from sale. Today I received full refund without any reason. Don't waste your time, they won't send your order.
This was my last order in this shop.

My payment was fine. I recived email from your store that you recived my money from PayPal.

Tmart - do they sell returns as new? Use caution...

I had previously ordered from Tmart without incidence and recently reordered a product previously purchased. The product came without the batteries or charger. Tmart says "it indicates batteries not included" it does but the description shows batteries?? Remember I ordereed this before so why would I look at all that detail.? Heres the deal - Tmart ,in my opinion, repackages customer returns and sells them as new. The manufacturer of the headlamp supplies it with batteries and a charger. This is a deceptive practice so I would caution you if your buying from this company....Update, Tmart wanted me to close the claim I opened with my CC and change the review to good. That would not be fair to others who purchase from them. Today, I won the claim and got my money back from the credit card company. So, someone else agreed with me.

There $10.99 cheap Radar Detector is a…

There $10.99 cheap Radar Detector is a farce. It is supposed to detect Laser but, upon opening it up there are no optical sensors to pick up laser. And the face filter mask I ordered is junk too. They are very dishonest and a bunch of crooks, don't care about having a good reputation! Won't be shopping here anymore

Terrible!

I paid for FedEx 2day shipping. They failed to tell me that the warehouse they shipped from does not use FedEx 2day. So they shipped it normally but still charged me the extra shipping charge. When I discovered it wasn't shipping 2day I needed to change my address because the business my item was shipped to was closed on the estimated delivery date. Tmart repeatedly told me they couldn't change the ship to address. I called FedEx and they told me that Tmart needed to call them and verbally let them know the address needed to be updated. Completely ruined my experience.

I bought map of EU for my GPS

I bought map of EU for my GPS. After I installed the map I got always map of of Australia. I followed customer service instruction, but whatever I did I still get AU maps. But biggest problem -
They try to blame customer {me} for all mistakes. I can assure you I did not deleted anything and I did not add or change anything. I went through all steps again and again with the same result and after a while they stop communicate with me completely and telling me that Australia is part of Europe. They never tried to resolve the problem to my satisfaction.

Know before you buy their Laser Bore Sighter.
I purchased this to align the sight on my revolver.
Several problems:
1. The batteries were low.
2. The direction +/- of the batteries was opposite from the position specified in the battery holder.
3. The laser, itself was misaligned. As the tool was rotated in the barrel the laser spot rotated in, about an 8" circle from 10 feet. The beam could be adjusted by using the hex wrench provided, if you have a vice and proper sized tube to hold it. This will be a tedious job and there are no instructions. If you are an engineer you can probably figure it out.

After complaining, they sent me a new replacement. The batteries and laser worked but it was, once again, badly misaligned. The product is almost useless unless you can figure out how to adjust the laser to stay in one spot as it is rotated in the barrel.

I need some answers

I need some answers. I ordereda camera on 10-17 and received a bag of STUF on 11 5.A camera I think and a flashlight that I did not order. NOnpaper work-- Operators manual , Cables to charge the flashlight I think !Nothing on the camera, proper operation of it. Is this the way you usually ship items to customers ?? I had purchased garden lights and an…

I had purchased garden lights and an LED desk lamp from them. These items stopped working within 4-6 months of delivery and they said they had a 180 day return policy. Never again!
