Should get a negative stars review. Horrible service, wasted all day waiting at home, no door knock, nothing, didn't even attempt delivery. Called me from No Caller ID, which I picked up, they didn't... See more

Why are they still in business?
What a disgraceful company. They said they would redeliver my parcel on Thursday - did not arrive. Called again and they confirmed delivery for Friday. Not delivered - called again and reassured me the parcel would be delivered Monday (after speaking to a Senior Supervisor). Not delivered. Called again and would look into the delivery - never to be heard of again!!! Senior executives should be ashamed and named!!! Alan
Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in NZ. I called the customer services centre to sort out my parcel, the woman was extremely unpleasant to deal with the entire call. She acted like she did not want to be here to help me, she kept repeating herself, very uneducated and unprofessional. What is the most shocking is when she hung up on me at the end of the call. I have never experienced anything like this in NZ. If you want to get pissed off in NZ just make sure you call their customer services centre! Also do not expect to hear back after filling in the online contact form, they will not reach out to you. Cherry on top: devilry is a huge issue too. It has been more than 5 times now since they first attempted to deliver my parcel. I called and left message, still haven't received it after a month. Seriously the worst of the worst.
TNT NZ is the worst, 24 days in depot, still not received
I have a parcel arriving at TNT depot in 12th December 2021, today is 5th Jan. 2022,almost 4 weeks, it is still not be delivered. I have called the service number 8 times, but just totally wasted time. Each time the service person only asked me to check the track update. Just called this morning, still no one gave me a delivery date. I have been told there were huge backlogs, but they still don't do any delivery in public holidays and weekends. I am running a business, have been using multiple international couriers, including DHL, FedEx, NZ Post, SF Express, TNT is the WORST. Wait to see when it is actually delivered, and I will put an update in the next review. It could break the record of the longest courier time
TNT is probbaly the worst company to…
TNT is probbaly the worst company to deal with.
I have been waiting for over 10 days for my parcel.
Each day I get told it`s at the depot and will be out the next day.
I was even given a personal guarantee by a supervisor that it would be delivered the next day.
I am still waiting for the parcel.
I was then told if I wanted my parcel I would need to go and collect it myself from their depot a 2.5 hr round trip, if I didn`t want to collect it I should just shut up and wait until I get it delivered as they are extremely busy.
There are so many other companies you can use - STAY AWAY from TNT
The Diary Of An Unsuspecting TNT customer
Hi Potential TNT or FED EX users (Please read my diary below)
If you're thinking about using TNT (Fed Ex) please read my diary below. It will help you decide...
22 NOV 21
Ordered a jockey wheel for my trailer from Gold Coast Company. Jockey wheel was sent from Gold Coast company to me in Darwin using TNT (Fed Ex)
2 DEC 21
Received a text from TNT with tracking number. Also they advised the shipment may be delayed. (When they say may be delayed, I discovered they mean WILL DEFINITELY BE DELAYED !!!) (and for a long time)
3 DEC 21 I went to Darwin TNT(Fed Ex) depot to check if it may have arrived. Some dude who can lift heavy things and not much else took my tracking number and went out the back to look for the jockey wheel.
So I sat in the office and waited until dude informs office chick via radio that I can wait outside as he will bring it out on the forklift.
I thought to myself bringing out a jockey wheel on a forklift is a bit of an overkill but I appreciated the special service. :)
Then after 10 mins depot office chick comes out and informs me that the tracking numbers have been mixed up and my jockey wheel has been delivered to Rye, VICTORIA !!!
It should be in Darwin by next week.
10 DEC 21
I hear nothing for a whole week so I go back to depot for another informative chat with TNT depot dude and TNT office chick.
They inform me that I have to contact the Gold Coast company and ask them to get another TNT (Fed Ex)tracking number because the original one doesn't work anymore now that its ended up in Victoria.
So I obediently follow direction from TNT depot dude and get the Gold Coast company to organise another tracking number for me.
16 DEC 21
Using the new tracking number I can see my jockey wheel is now in TNT depot (Erskine Park, Sydney)
Some other TNT office muppet, rang me today to ask if I have my package yet. I said "No not yet, because the TNT depot dude told me it got sent to Victoria by mistake.
He thanked me for the information and said he would add it to my file. I asked would it be possible for him to find out whats going on and ring me back today. He said "Of Course" :)
Guess what...he didn't ring back and I'm still waiting for my jockey wheel.
Stay tuned for next update...( I hope this diary helps you decide about using TNT or FED EX.)
Cheers
Ricky B

TNT NZ is ridiculous
Bought a parcel from China to NZ and it actually travelled to NZ with ease and got here in about 4 days however, it’s been stuck in Auckland for a week. The tracking has updated several times saying that it’s been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. It’s taken 7 days in Auckland when it should literally only be a 3 hour trip to Tauranga. Absolutely appalling for an ‘express service’ as it was meant to be delivered a week ago. I consulted the customer service and have had no responses for about 4 days now.
AVOID
AVOID. A simple letter sent 6 weeks ago from Malaysia to NZ is still not delivered despite us paying extra for a premium service to get it delivered within a week. Subsequent customer service and communication has been appalling… from false email alleging failed delivery and not bothering to reply emails or phone messages.
Please AVOID at all cost.
Absolutely atrocious service
Absolutely atrocious service. First the courier says he couldn't find the place, despite it being clearly visible on any GPS system and heavily signposted, and despite the fact that we get regularly deliveries to that same address. It was a time critical, medical critical piece of equipment so I reluctantly told them I would come and get it ... a 3 hour round trip. I got there and they couldn't find it, but they would track it and call me. No call received, but online tracking said it was in transit, automated phone system said it was delivered and live service desk said it was scanned as on board in error and they would let me know when it was found, at which time I could go to the depot and collect it (another 3 hour round trip). So far the parcel still hasn't been found. DO NOT use them!
They lost my parcel,..
They lost my parcel,... and it was 3400 AUD .. and I contact with customer service and they said "we can't help"..
Package has been at the depo for 215…
Package has been at the depo for 215 hour's, item is just sitting there been on the phone for 7.5 hours lost a days work just trying to get it delivered still not here. if want to loose customers feel free to use TNT.
No one calls back ever. 15km away. I understand that mistakes can and do happen, but this is beyond that. When your sole business is delivering goods and this is the outcome on their premium service,
I have no way of getting my goods I've explain what the contents are and the importance makes no difference I'm at a loss on how to even get my item now.
9 phone calls, 7.5 hours time spent ' calling them 'lost income due to time spent due to being hindered by not having my goods,
All up this has been the only delivery company that I've had this experience with.
Disgusting
Disgusting. I asked for clarification on a delivery and the customer service representative would not give his name and ultimately hung up on me. I wanted to advise the seller of whom I had spoken to. I understand times are tough with lockdown and all, but there was no need for rudeness . I appreciate the delivery services. Just have never been spoken to like that. It's not customer service.
Melbourne- Poor delivery and communication service
This is my personal experience,
I was contacting TNT since 28th Sep and the customer service people keep on telling still the parcel is in Melbourne deport and they are not responsible for that
So I asked then if you all not responsible for that just send me a mail mentioning that “still the parcel is under custom inquiries therefore the parcel delivery will be delayed and it’s above your hand” because I have to convey that message to my sender with a proof that we are contacting the delivery …. and I have requested this mail for three times and 3 customer service people keep on promising me they will send the mail and still I haven’t received any mail or one call back regarding the response
Very disappointed and we will never recommend this service to someone 🙏🏽
Lesson Learnt - Never use TNT again!
I will give -5 ratings if it is allowed!!!!!!!!
Our first experience was to send 3 cartons from Australia to NZ. Our shipment was collected by TNT 18/12 but was only scanned 6 days after without being informed by the so called " International Export Admins" and when we request for an update, only realized the parcel was not scanned. So we keep following up with them to make sure they will not "FORGOT" our shipment. At the end, the parcel arrived at NZ 5 days after, which is consider quite fast. But, trust me, you would not believe what had happened at the end. Our shipment was "Delivered Partially", with 2 cartons arrived and another 1 carton missing. Asked TNT to check and they said that the missing carton WAS NOT COLLECTED IN AUSTRALIA but we were confirmed that 3 cartons were picked up by TNT. After 3 weeks of checking, we received an email from a Denmark company saying that they received our products, so we quickly inform TNT to redirect the parcel but I can't see any urgency from TNT. They are still taking their own sweet time to redirect the carton and suddenly one of the Operations Admin took over and said that the carton was missing. Then they ask us to submit for a claim. With all the disappointment, we prepared documents for the claim. Who knows, 2 months later, the missing carton was delivered to our warehouse in NZ out of sudden. No ones know what had happened to the carton and suddenly there was a "SURPRISE". We lodged in a report and send in complaint letter to TNT on this issue and hope that they can do better in future.
6 months later, we were arranging our shipment to NZ again and was trying to give TNT a second chance, and of course this is the stupidest decision that I had ever made. The shipment was collected and arrived at NZ custom in 4 days but since then, no updates can be seen. We send in loads of enquiries to check what had happened. We even asked TNT to let us know if they need any documents for the clearance but still we did not get any reply. Until 1 week later, TNT informed us that we have to apply for a permit for the clearance, so we did apply and it only took us 4 days (including weekends) to get the permit and we quickly get TNT custom representative to submit it for clearance on the next day. But since then, again no more update from TNT. Our shipment has been there for nearly a month and none of the TNT representatives could give us an ETA. Only bullshiting that our shipment are NOT ESSENTIAL that's why there will be a delay and even asked us to collect them from the depot. WE ARE PAYING FOR DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
Hey TNT, if we are not an essential company, we would not get the permit for our factory to manufacture these products for export!!! If your company is having this policy or an announcement saying that TNT WILL ONLY BE SENDING ESSENTIAL SHIPMENTS BECAUSE AUCKLAND IS IN LEVEL 4 LOCKDOWN, OTHER SHIPMENT WILL BE DELAYED AND NO ETA COULD BE ANSWERED, then you should told us before the collection. And as I know, Auckland is now in Level 3 Lockdown. This is not the first day of this Pandemic and this should not be used as an excuse to answer your customers. Keeping our products at the warehouse without providing us the ETA and giving these kind of stupid excuses. Seriously TNT, I had more than enough of disappointment from you. You should have just change your slogan to Terrible N Troublesome, which will be more suitable for your service.
This is the last time I'm using TNT. Stay away from TNT if you do not want to loose your money!
Faster international shipping to NZ!
Slow delivery couriers who tell lies…
Slow delivery couriers who tell lies about atempted delivery and managaement seems fine with it. I avoid useing them as they are expensive and useless
No stars
No stars. I was home and the driver couldn’t be bothered coming to the house. I received a card in the mailbox saying “sorry we missed you”. Neither of the options about what to do next were ticked. Waited on hold for 13 minutes to silence before giving up. Filled in a form online. TNT still have my parcel. They have said by email they are inquiring at the depot and will give me a date when they will attempt redelivery. I don’t understand why that date couldn’t have been today when they visited my driveway with my parcel before driving off again. Feeling frustrated and not optimistic.
Apalling service
Apalling service, my customers goods have been sitting in a depot in Sydney for weeks without being delivered. Said it would be left by a driver if a sign was left out side and a signed card, sigh placed outside, they left no card and goods still sitting in a depot in Erskine Sydney. My advice is if you need goods delivered at all stay right away from TNT, tried calling customer no service and was on hold for over half an hour.
Still waiting for delivery from VIC
Still waiting for delivery from VIC. Parcel in Sydney but 12 days later not in the van yet. It was booked in for delivery but it went back to some depot and lost it. Unless you are the account holder forget about any service. Bad Managment couldn’t handle an emergency, no back plans, not customer service or communication. Totally unprofessional. I have 15 years experience in the delivery industry never seen such incompetence in my life. Avoid at any cost.
I have now spoken to 4 tnt 'customer'…
I have now spoken to 4 tnt 'customer' no service staff in 26 hours trying to locate my parcel. Not one of them have done what they said they would and number 4 just advised it's nearly 500pm so I'll now have to wait until Monday and hope someone calla me back.. This is not the first time I have had poor dealings with tnt. Would give 0 if possible. 52 minutes over 4 calls this time, 41 minutes over 4 calls. Then get a fraud phone call within 5 minutes of hanging up. I don't give this number out.
Worst company with broken systems & processes
Worst company with broken systems and inefficient processes.
We have been waiting for our delivery for more than 13 days after clearing their customs invoice. They kept on sending the item to a wrong address. We asked the sender to confirm, they have evidence that they entered the correct address in TNT system whilst sending the courier. Today we received delivery but not of our order but someone else’s plastic cards. Our delivery has still not arrived. This makes us wonder if they have incorrectly delivered our courier to someone else. Contacting their customer service is almost useless, as it doesn’t result into any action at all. They tend to defend their team very well and make promise that they have escalated the matter, each time and yet problem has persisted for so long. I would never purchase any item in future where the sender intends to use TNT courier as their courier service provider. It is a classic example of broken systems and inefficient processes. The company needs to invest in modern collaboration technologies and think of the customer experience instead of cost-cutting.
Update: 5 days after posting this original review, TNT still hasn't managed to deliver our item to us. I call their customer helpline almost every day and every time it feels like a waste of time. The person answering doesn't appear to be an employee of the employee but an outsourced call center who simply repeats the readymade statements/sentences of assurance that you will definitely receive your items soon.
