Redeliver same day had to make multiple calls inept management and customer service. Delivered to drop of point 5 mins from original address told to pick it up myself a 2000 dollar tv I had to do the job they didn't finish they are a bunch of liars. Next time I purchase a product and they are delivery service I will not purchase. Had to wait all day and still didn't do there job

Well really I cant complain about the service because there wasn't any ,My warehouse door opens 5.30 am and closes 7 pm 5 Day's a week plus I have instructions on my door if I'm not there to see the guy's in either units 1,2 or 3 , NO TNT DELIVERY TRUCK ,VAN CAME TO THESE PREMISES, yet I received a text message advising me a delivery would be arriving on the 23rd of December ,I then receive a text at 11.08 am that day saying I was unavailable NOT TRUE ,I then arranged redelivery ,
I was advised at 8.16 am on the 29th December that my delivery was coming that day .
Yet again I receive a text at 10.01 am saying I was unavailable NOT TRUE AGAIN so now I arrange to collect my parcel up myself so how is that a delivery service ?,You ask someone giving a review to be TRUTHFUL that should be BOTH ways ,Either you were snowed under with the Christmas rush and couldn't handle the volume or the driver or Driver's for this area don't perform there duty's of providing a honest delivery service either way the customer pays the price ,If I could have given no stars that in my opinion is what you should have received

After 12 days my delivery from Sydney to Perth has not moved anywhere! It is STILL sitting in Sydney. I have called them 3 times, and they still can't tell me when it will leave Sydney or arrive to me in Perth. Absolutely terrible service TNT!

Very difficult company to deal with, they tried to deliver a parcel today. I was not home as I have small business to run.

Firstly, I have recently had a parcel left out the front of our house when requested not to leave the parcel if nobody was home, a $900 item luckily retrived upon arrived home late.
Secondly no body like to be told BS.
Upon waiting for second half of the shipment which I was tracking, the delivery which sat in a depo for 6days prior to me calling to see what the hold up was to which I was told 'bad weather' I explained to the ladie Iived 70km away and the weather was normal for this area, no rain, no cyclonic winds,no extreme heat,no fog, no snow,no ice. Yet she insisted that was the reason.

I pat a premium for international delivery. Au post never have any issue. Everytine tnt delivers. They are dumb enough to take packages to a newsagent. One that was way out of my way too. 1 star as it's not the first time it's happened. My door is labelled 'all delivery to be dropped near door! '. Drop them there if you don't want bad reviews!

Booked for a pickup and had to rebook everyday for the whole week due to “missed” every single day for the same ridiculous excuse. Customer services made up “reasons”, TL doing nothing, Supervisors telling lies. Enough! Been waiting for the dame parcel to be picked up for the whole week and suggested me to drop to the depot by myself? Why there’s a service on your website called”pick up” then? You guys don’t mind the reputation at all!!!!!!!

I was at home, phone etc. on, but they sent me SMS that they failed to deliver the package. Not the first time this happens.

I was told by customer service that I have to understand that there will be problems as Fedex is taking over TNT and they are having issues! Translation: we are providing bad service and there is nothing anyone is going to do about it.
Getting eight messages telling me the same thing ( at 5.05 three mornings in a row) is not an "issue" that I am going put up with.
Sorry but I haven't got the time to explain all the other "issues" as it would be pages long.
Look at all the other reviews and decide for yourself if you want to use this third rate ( at best) so called service.
TNT Australia are dreadful…
Once again TNT Australia provides a terrible service at a ridiculous price. Getting a bike shipped from a store in NSW to Perth doesn't sound that hard, however when the shop insisted I use TNT my heart sank. $460 for a bike to be shipped via Express Road with an apparent estimate of 4days seemed odd. Sure enough here i am 10days later with the last update on tracking saying the bike had been collected from the shop 10 days ago.
Requesting an update got me a text message telling me nothing.
Once again a terrible service and I will no longer purchase from any store that wants to send my parcels via TNT.

Delivery guy did not even knock. tried to ring their indian call centre but nobody answered after thirty mins. never,never use them again.Have been told that my tracking number given to me by them does not exist so have no idea what to do now.Went on to their web site as instructed to find my closet pick up site and was told they don't allow pick ups from there this whole experience has been hell,no wonder their reviews show 95% negative rating

Got an SMS "Attempted Delivery" which was absolutley not true. 2 people home all day, no way he came to the premises. Customer Service asked for the card he would leave in letterbox which did not exist, more proof he did not attend. Absolute refusal from TNT and Fedex of any way I could even go and pick up my parcel today from anywhere. Not available until tomorrow. They just suck

Waited all day for package to arrive only to get a "TNT attempted to deliver your parcel" text message, no you didn't, I've been home all day and no delivery attempt was made. I did not receive a "Sorry we missed you" card so can't even tell them to just leave the package without my presence. Stop gaslighting your customers, if the delivery driver is too busy to deliver my package then at least show me the courtesy of telling me the truth.
No credible delivery attempt made
Driver left card without attempting delivery in anyway, and then proceeded to take it to some completely useless location for pickup (if you don't have a car). Phone staff I eventually reached mumbled and was almost incomprehensible, and refused to do anything useful. Just suggested I walk or catch a bus and other equally unhelpful suggestions. I am now out a $120 item which will if I'm lucky get returned to sender and refunded.
I don't have a car, and do not have the time to go traipsing about the neighbourhood because these people can't be bothered to do their jobs.

Do not ever use this service totally unreliable take your money for online booking then do not turn up to pick up in chosen requested time frame. Trying to sort anything be prepared to hang online for 30 minutes plus to get nowhere with hardly speaking English customer support and as to getting a refund forget it just go via your credit card as impossible to get anywhere and just get cut off!!
9 days = OVERNIGHT EXPRESS
Absolutely useless. Took 9 days to receive an OVERNIGHT EXPRESS delivery from a little over 100km away. Was told after the first 4 days that they couldn't physically located the package but that it had been scanned at multiple depots on route. Apparently because it had been scanned it couldn't be deemed "lost" even though they had no idea where it was. My experience dealing with TNT was a total joke, topped with constant excuses from useless staff this is the last time I will be trusting or dealing with this company.
