I ordered this dress for a wedding…

I ordered this dress for a wedding that’s coming up in September. The dress came with a torn off strap. I contacted Tobi and we since have resolved this matter since they didn’t have another dress to replace this one.

Terrible costumer service and communication

I had ordered a dress for a wedding party. The dress arrived a little damaged (very loose hook in the chest area and loose threads around the hook), and it was also too small. I reached out to Tobi to request an exchange. They responded promptly and asked me to mail back the damaged dress and said they would send out a replacement dress in a bigger size right away. Three to four weeks went by after I mailed the dress back, and no sign of a replacement dress to be seen. At this point, the wedding party was a week away. I sent an email inquiry about the exchange I was promised and Tobi responded that they didn’t know anything about it and that they refunded the refunded dress in the form of store credit, as per their policy. I promptly sent them a screenshot of the email from the Tobi representative that mentioned the exchange that was supposed to be mailed out weeks ago. A couple of days went by and I got a response mentioning that they were sorry and that the dress was now out of stock and that the case would have to be escalated to the supervisor level. At this point, the wedding party was a day away and I had to scramble to find a dress. Again, several days went by without anything from Tobi. I sent another email inquiry and received an automated response that directed me to their policy about refunds only being issued via store credit. I sent another email again. Finally someone responded with a flurry of apologies and said that they had a replacement dress in a larger size and that I could order it. I went to the website and the dress was now being sold for twice as much money (I had gotten it initially at 50% off). I emailed back that I did not want to pay full price for this dress and that I wanted a refund to my original form of payment if they could not honor their initial promise. They emailed back and said that I could still purchase at the original discount. I did so and finally received the exchange after a few days. Pointless, since the wedding party was long past. In conclusion- I will not order from this company again. Dealing with them was painful and it was obvious that communication within the company is poor.

Awful company

Awful company

I ordered a few items and tried to use their welcome code.
Unfortunately the code did not work. not only that- when I hit pay, the website stopped working... when i tried to click pay again... the items i wanted were out of stock.
I placed a new item in exchanged for the original item that was no longer available.
I clicked pay and all was good.

I later checked my email and saw that two charges came out to Tobi -
i immediately emailed them and explained that i did not want the first order... however their awful customer service decided to send out the first package not the second... after a whole ordeal i managed to get the second order sent out.
whilst all of this was going on (lots of back and forth) I realised that i never received a refund... i was then told i cannot recieve a refund even though their website crashed... they'd only give me store credit...
long story short... after emailing back and forth they agreed to send me a refund.

during the time i sent back the package and now (im waiting for money, they're saying the package wasn't returned) i have had to deal with the WORST customer serviced and have been made out to feel like a liar... whoever is working there is really rude and absolutely has no class... theres been no apology or an attempt to help out.

ive decided to call the back and get a refund as the people who work in customer service are truly awful and dont care....

i wouldn't recommend using this website.

Scam clothing company that won't refund

I ordered a dress through TOBI for an event. When I received the dress, it didn't fit so I started the return process. At no point was I told I would only be receiving store credit for ANY purchase through their company or I wouldn't have purchased anything to begin with. All my emails say a refund was to be expected (I have screenshots). They are refusing to honor a refund despite the emails saying so. They are claiming their store policy isn't to offer refunds now. I would to report this company for shady practices since there is no way to tell via online if something will actually fit for this kind of policy to be in effect. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I can’t see my order on my account and…

I can’t see my order on my account and I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone and they keep telling they escalated my problem to a supervisor and I still haven’t gotten a response back... I need a return label receipt but I can’t even get that because my order isn’t on my account , trying to return some stuff before it’s too late!

HORRIBLE COMPANY

I have only shopped from this company once and it was and is absolutely horrible!!! If I could leave a negative star review I would!

Items I ordered and followed the recommended size guide for were shipped the complete opposite!
Either items were 3x too big or 3x too small and on top of that the color and quality are not what’s advertised!
I complained to the company multiple times and received rude responses from their “customer service” department. Which by the way it’s never the same rep. who responds, so you get mixed responses from multiple people who don’t pay attention to what’s going on! Nothing has been resolved or rectified. This company also only gives back store credit without acknowledging valid complaints! Never ever shop from here.
I’m pretty positive the only people who write positive reviews get paid to do so….probably by using all the money they keep from people.
Buyer beware, this company is a scam!
