Don’t waste your money!

Very low quality dresses. The fit is terrible too, as if dresses are designed by apprentices. Also, some dresses look completely different in person, almost like it’s a picture of a different dress. Cannot recommend. Don’t waste your money. They only refund via store credit, they don’t refund the money. You will be stuck with another cheap bad-fitting dress even after the refund.

Not as described

I placed an order with Tobi in may. I returned what I got a few days after. Up until a few days ago did I receive my store credit and that is because I had to get in contact with them. I placed a second order with my store credit. Just like the first, the materials are completely different than they look and are described. Not only that all of the pieces I ordered are slightly different in color. The quality is also horrendous, so cheap feeling for how hefty the prices are. NEVER BUYING THERE AGAIN!!!!!

I have never had an experience shopping…

I have never had an experience shopping as I did with Tobi. I wanted a shirt that was sold out, so I emailed customer service to ask if it would be coming back into stock. I was told that they might have one shirt, and they would be happy to send it. They found it, and I was able to select it on the website and buy it. Tobi went above and beyond the call of duty to make me happy. I thank them so much. I have never been treated with such care and consideration before.

I haven’t ordered from To i in a while…

I haven’t ordered from To i in a while but you used to deliver much faster. I didn’t get my dresses in time and also realized that you now dint offer refunds only store credit. That’s a pretty big shift to change your shipping and return policy. Clothes were great though.

Please for the love of god change your delivery service

Three stars because the clothes are actually really nice and according to description. It got knocked down two because the delivery service and experience was AWFUL. They sent it back to carrier, even though the address I provided was still applicable. I couldn't get a refund (their refund policy sucks) and got store credit. I bought the clothes again with the credit and thankfully got them within a few days. Even though they don't have a phone number, which makes it a lengthy process to contact their email and receive attention to your issue, customer service was cooperative. Overall, a frustrating experience, but I like the clothes.

I ordered a dress in the start of May…

I ordered a dress in the start of May for a wedding, it is now the middle of June and I still haven’t received my parcel. Contacting them is a nightmare, I have sent multiple emails and never seem to get any replies. They don’t even help my situation, I have contacted the courier service as well and they aren’t able to help me (at least they were more helpful in telling me they didn’t have my parcel) so now it’s back to Tobi. I spent a lot of money on this dress and now I don’t know where it even is as tracking is useless. Tobi all I ask is to receive my dress at least. I have bought from here before and my first order was a success, why am I now waiting 5+ weeks for this order???? I have contacted all the places they have told me to and they have all gone back to saying message Tobi again. please can I have some answers Tobi

Do not buy from! Tobi does not care about You as the Customer

Do not buy from! Cloths aren’t even close to being true to size, and Tobi clearly doesn’t care about customer service or improving the quality of their products at all. I ordered a dress for nearly $100, checked the sizing measurements prior to ordering and when I received it, the dress was at least 2 sizes smaller than a true fit size. I couldn’t even zip it up.

Then when you try to make a return (for a legitimate reason that is not your fault as the customer at all) you will be told that your only option is to receive a store credit. Did I mention that it took over 2 weeks and multiple emails later to receive even 1 reply from them? I would have called but they don’t list a phone number anywhere. Had I known when I was in the checkout process that a store credit was my only option if the dress didn’t work out, I wouldn’t have even risked it. The Tobi return policies are BURIED in the website so all in all it seems like Tobi is aware of the sizing issue (especially having read some of the other reviews here) and yet continues to happily accept nearly
$100 for one item but isn’t willing to make it right for the customer that is giving them that nearly $100. It’s online retailers like this that give e-commerce a bad reputation.

Ordered the Grateful for my Ex dress

Ordered the Grateful for my Ex dress, it was about 2 days late on delivery but was the PERFECT dress. I wore it for my last sorority formal and my graduation pictures. I’m usually a medium and got a medium and it fits perfectly, I do have to put it on over my head bc I have 40” hips so they’re a little wide. I also had to tighten the straps quite a bit to get more support (I’m a 32DDD) but it is so comfortable, gorgeous, and I am OBSESSED with it. I might buy it in red!

Horrible experience, I do not recommend this company.

UPDATE: Thank you for the reply Tobi. A refund from the company was listed on my bank statement a day after I posted this review. I understand it may have been processed on your end before, but no email was sent to let me know a refund was being issued and I did check my statements before I posted this. Thank you for finally issuing a refund, but I stand by my original post regarding my overall experience.

I've never posted a bad review in my life, but I've been going back and forth with "customer service" for almost a month now trying to get a refund on my items. I was a happy customer in the past but have now been informed that any returns are handled with a 'store credit'. As a returning customer I hadn't thought to go review the returns page and so was unaware of a change in policy. However, I received TWO emails from the company stating very clearly that I would be receiving a refund. If I knew in advance that the company changed their return policy to only issue store credits I never would've paid $120 for two dresses. On top of that, they were not even close to the size measurements listed on the website. I am incredibly disappointed and completely unsatisfied with my latest experience. I would not recommend this company and will not be a returning customer unless I am forced to use up my store credit.
