DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

This is the absolute worst customer service I have experienced, borderline illegal!! I ordered a dress from here, which did not fit. I returned it in hopes to order something else, knowing their return policy is only store credit. Not only did they never reach out to me to let me know what was going on, when I finally reached out they had no idea what order I was talking about. I waited about 2 weeks to hear from them again, but once again they never followed up. When I reached out again, they stated that they are not accepting the return due to hair being on the item. There website lists reasons for returns being denied, and hair is not listed. When I brought this to their attention, they sent me their return policy and ADDED THE WORD HAIR where is clearly wasn't stated before..... efff this place. I will never purchase anything from this store every again

terrible customer service! They cancelled my dress and I ordered a cropped sweater to go with the outfit and tried to cancel that item but they first told me that I called the wrong thing and then I sent an email back saying whatever it is cropped cardigan, sweater or shirt I want to cancel it. They wouldn't let me cancel my order and once it delivered they won't give me my money back. This website is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM TOBI! I was ordering for a graduation dress and very excited for the whole outfit, and they were so rude to me and now they will only give me store credit.

First & last time I am shopping here.

I used the size chart's measurements to determine what size to order. I received pants that were too big and a dress that was too small. Maybe they should provide specific size charts since the sizing is all over the board since it is brand dependent. Overall, I think they should have better product descriptions or maybe provide the measurements of their models + the size they wear (they currently mention the size the model wears, but who cares if there are no references of the model's actual size). I returned my stuff, and since they only offer store credit, I made sure to only buy clothes that were made out of stretchy material.

ALSO, my refund took 1 month!!

Utterly Disappointed- Read Return Policy

It’s shocking their clothes are expensive as they are because they are extremely cheap looking/feeling and the sizing is all over the place. And the packaging was a mess, my clothes were shoved into tiny bags and were very wrinkled upon arrival. The shipping was quick, however I didn’t like any of my clothes and they only offer store credit??? I could’ve went to fashion nova for that. This place is a ripoff and a massive disappointment. Now I have $160 worth of store credit to a terrible clothing company. Please be smarter than me about purchasing from them. That is all.

BEWARE of this company!

BEWARE of this company!! This is the first and last time I will ever buy from TOBI. I placed one order of clothing for a few items, and the next day I checked my bank statements/email receipts and saw that I was charged twice for the same exact order (so I basically paid for two of everything I originally ordered). I reached out to customer support via email (they have no customer support phone line listed), and instead of receiving help for taking care of the duplicative order, the "billing agent" communicating with me over email said they had no obligation to help me and that I must have just been "impatient" and clicked the "submit" button twice upon checkout, which is why I was charged twice (uh, ok, that's not what happened but even if that were the case, it's unethical for the business to just say "tough luck" here to a customer in this situation).

I've been going back and forth with the "billing agent" on customer support and he/she has been extremely rude and disrespectful. I've requested to speak to a manager/customer service rep via phone multiple times and the "billing agent" will not put me in contact with anyone -- I now have no choice but to take this issue up with my bank and post about their unethical behavior online (not something I want to do, but it's not right what Tobi is doing to their customers). They are quite literally stealing from their customers, charging them twice for one order, and then saying "oh, you must have pressed 'submit' twice so we have no obligation to reverse the duplicative charge." I've literally never experienced such disrespect/lack of care from customer service personnel--it's insane (other reviews on here also describe customer support "arguing" with them over email instead of helping).

If you order from Tobi, don't expect any help/support in case something goes wrong with billing or if you're accidentally charged twice. Instead, expect complete disrespect and refusal to help in any way.

FYI: if you check out the Better Business Bureau's website and Yelp, you will see tons of similar complaints from consumers (I would post the links here but Truspilot won't allow links in reviews). This company is a scam!!:

Update: the seller posted a reply saying "sorry, you actually placed two orders." The seller is clearly evading the fact that the whole point is that I did NOT place two orders, they just charged me for two and are now simply claiming I intentionally placed two orders. Again, if you read other reviews out there from yelp, better business berueu etc you will find this happens often that the seller just places the blame back on the customer.

Terrible service

I ordered a dress on Jan 13. They shipped the wrong dress. I shipped the wrong one back and they received it on Feb 11th. They keep giving me the run around and are now not responding to me. It was over $70 and they say I can’t get refund only store credit. Since that is their policy I will take it but problem is with this run around it doesn’t even sound like I will get that . I am going to try to escalate this through other avenues.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I made a purchase on 2/23 and never received a confirmation or transaction number . On 2/23 they took 70.99 out of my bank account. I never received the dress I purchased and when I contacted them they told me they couldn’t find the order and I asked them why they withdrew the money from my bank account if there was no transaction. They then asked me for the transaction control code from my bank. I sent that to them as well as a screenshot of the withdrawal they made from my bank account. They proceeded to tell me that that wasn’t their transaction number even though I had explained to them 10 times I never got one. They basically did not even acknowledge that they had asked me for this banking information that I gave it to them
Along with the screenshot. They still have not helped me or returned my money. It’s sad that during times of unemployment and COVID a big company would do something like this. They basically stole my money and when shown hard proof they refuse to do the right thing. Do yourself a favor and don’t deal with this place. I may have lost $71 but I don’t want it happening to any other innocent people.

I received my clothes in France after a couple of weeks (my bad as I hadnt factored in that Tobi was shipping from america). I did make a mistake in thinking that Tobi was more sustainable because the items can be costly. However the items I recieved were true to size and flattering.

I am in love with the dress, fits so nicely and great quality. The tracking was a little confusing since it’s not so up to date, ok delivery time (2-3weeks) the wait was worth it and the dress was worth the price. I’de recommend!

Horrible Customer Service

I ordered a dress from Tobi. It arrived late, so I no longer needed the dress. When I returned it, I had to email their customer service to get my free return label. I sent the dress back within the 10-day free return policy. Well, several weeks later, I received the dress back from Nordstrom. Tobi customer service argued with me, saying whatever I sent was still on its way. Obviously not since I had the dress! I reached out to them numerous times, and all they said is if we don't receive the dress back, I won't get store credit. I don't want store credit I want my money back! I have requested a return label numerous times to send it back for a second time. This was not an issue on my end and I have shipping receipts to prove it! Avoid shopping at this online shop! There are much better companies with better customer service out there to give your money to!

Late Delivery and Store Credit Only Returns

Took me about 2 months to receive my items, and I had to email the store about where my purchase was. I don't think they actually sent it until I emailed them because of info I got with the tracking number. 2/4 items didn't look like the pictures on Tobi's site.
