Ordered 2 items on April 22 and they haven't arrived. I have sent 6 messages and no repsonse. All reviews looked positive at that time but now I look and they are all the same. Sure didn't take them 3 months to charge my credit card for them. Scammers

I ordered from here early April and only got my order today (July 2nd). I received communication about my order. The clothing is nothing like what I thought and is very poor quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, AS YOU MIGHT GET SCAMMED. I will NEVER order from her again!!!

I ordered over a month ago and never arrived. I think it is a scam omg what should I do now? !

It says from UK but actually delivered from China? I managed to contact someone from the site, but seems like very robotic answers From them.

I hope we can sue this company all together. What a scammer!

I wouldn’t even give one star - ordered and never received... the tracking number they provided is a ghost and the post office said the tracking I do see is just system generated and they haven’t even received it for delivery. It’s been a month - wish I would have seen this site before ordering. No one responds to emails or contact.

SCAM. I reported it to Paypal and they somehow resolved it in favor of the seller despite the fact that I did not receive the items and that they didn't issue a refund.

Do not order from this site. I ordered two things, a two piece set and a sweatshirt that both looked very cute on the site. I ordered in the beginning of April and they just came on the 21st of June, looking NOTHING like the photos. The sweatshirt is completely different colors and the two piece set is a little better, but still not what I thought it would look like. The clothes also smell like cigarettes and chemicals making me extremely skeptical to wear them even after washing. Overall this place is another instagram ad scam and I hope they get taken down, especially so no young girls spend $$$ on them since the photos are so deceiving.

Do not use this trash company. I submitted an order late April and still have no recieved any items. I spent nearly 300$ and todaypink is REFUSING to issue me a refund.
I have contacted the company many times and do not hear back.

This is a SCAM!!!! I ordered my items on 5/3/2020. On 5/7/2020 says shipped and gives you shipping # but you can't use it to track your order! You'll get a order# too but doesn't matter. When I go into the site to check everything it still says shipped a month and 6 days later! I tried to cancel my order but it won't let me!!! I've sent 2 emails and says I'll get a response in 2 days....NEVER GOT A RESPONSE! DON'T WASTE YOUR $....

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered pants from them over two months ago and paid for express shipping. They instantly charged my card. I sent them an email 3 weeks after I ordered asking when it would actually be shipped. No response. I sent them another email. No response. I found their Facebook page and sent them a message and they responded after I sent 3 messages but told me that “processing takes a while.” And then they BLOCKED ME. I literally just canceled my order today over TWO MONTHS after I ordered because I don’t think this is a legit site. It’s a scam. I hope I actually do get my money back but I doubt that I will. Don’t waste your time and money here!

I write this publication to warn everyone who purchases online, NOT to do so with this supposed “brand”. It is a scam, although they appear constantly in Facebook and Instagram ads, the truth is that it is nothing more than a “ghost store”, with photographs of beautiful clothes but without any kind of existence or physical support. I placed an order months ago and it never arrived. When I asked myself about the whereabouts of my order (a dress that cost me about 40 €), I tried to send a message, through the website, to the “brand” (Today Pink). However, as I had not received any order confirmation code, I was unable to submit any contact with this fictitious company. I then tried to call an existing telephone contact on the website but the attempts were also unsuccessful. Already suspecting the credibility of this "brand", and since it was impossible to contact them without the order confirmation code (which never arrived), I ended up sending a message via Messenger to the supposed Facebook page that appeared to me on chat (see photos), through which they answered me promptly, and in this way, they managed to deceive me! With the answer presented, and in times of pandemic, these thieves saved time so that I could not make any kind of complaint with my bank (which could only be done within 5 days), I didn't even reach cancel the purchase or get my money back within the legally applicable period. So, this phantom company provided me with a supposed tracking code, which gave me the information that my order would have arrived in Lisbon on May 19th. Tired of waiting, once again, and when I was going to send a new message complaining about the terrible service provided, I came across a Messenger account that ceased to exist (having just been renamed “Facebook user”), being any type blocked, and it is not possible to contact the page. It is as if they had ceased to exist, were it not for the problem that, after all, they never existed in the first line.

THIS IS FAKE. i ordered 44$ worth of 1 pair of jeans march 3rd and it’s now June 5th. I still get to find a phone number for this sam as* company.

When I was in April ordered two dresses and I spent 67 dollars in total, but they have not been shipped. In addition to the above the messenger of the facebook to send information to them, I can't find other ways of contact their. I sent a lot of information about my goods, they have been saying "if shipment will give notice", and they forced me to choose return can't refund full, can only refund kims securities. I have been kept with them information about my goods delivery situation, until today they put my messenger blocked. Really too disgusted, they are liars, Don't buy anything here, they will always cheat you as long as you pay!!!! They blocked my facebook messenger and I cannot contact them anymore!
