I ordered from them 6 weeks ago after started a paypal dispute the item arrived but spending £37 for it to take that long I’m a size 10-12 but I ordered a XL and they didn’t fit but they were beautiful!

Ordered on March 19th and haven’t received a THING!! They keep sending me a tracking link that doesn’t get updated for weeks. It FINALLY made its way to CA but of course, no status change since May 19th. These companies fail to market the fact that they’re “overseas” on social platforms. ITS ALL A SCAM! Might as well throw Tinpudding in there as well—prob owned my the same frauds!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM TODAYPINK. THE ORDER NEVER COMES. THERE IS NO RESPONSE TO ONLINE COMPLAINTS. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. NO SURPRISE THEY DO NOT LET YOU COMMENT ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE THIEFS.

TOTAL SCAM i ordered a sweatshirt in April and it didn’t get it till the end of may and it was nothing like the picture !! It’s not the same product at all and the quality of the one i got is terrible. I wish I read the reviews before buying.

Wish I could give this 0 stars. It’s an absolute SCAM. I spent just over $65 for them to send out nothing and give me no communication in return. If you don’t want to waste your money then PLEASE DONT BUY FROM TODAYPINK!!!!!!! Truely APPAULING I wish there was a way to shut down the whole company!

I ordered a sweatshirt from there at the beginning of March (it's may) and I never received anything and I tracked it and it's said that my order has been canceled (I never canceled it) I got no email or anything.

i’ve ordered about a month ago and still nothing, no email they won’t even allow me to contact them. this is ridiculous. i can’t even track my order.

If I could give this website zero stars I would this is a huge SCAM please do not buy anything from this website

I ordered from this site on the 21st April. I got an email from them on the 4th May saying that they have to cancel my order due to the corona virus situation in China. They offered me a cash coupon or a full refund. I said I want the full refund. A few days later I got another email saying that my refund of USD $18.70 is confirmed. I emailed them back saying that I did not order anything for that amount and they refunded me the wrong amount. My total was USD $56.77.
Then they got back to me saying that they only refund me the item they don't have in stock. Which is a really confusing answer as nothing I ordered was USD $18.70. plus they also didn't clarify of they will still send me the other item (which the are not refunding but I have no idea what it might be as they didn't say what they are refunding or what they have in stock).
I received 2 more emails from them saying the same thing. 1 email saying they cancelled my whole order and the other email saying they only refunding me the item out of stock...

Do not order from this site if you don't want to waste your money.

I basically paid almost AU $90 for nothing as they cancelled my order!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars! This sight is trash! I have been waiting weeks for packages, after spending extra to receive it faster. I purchased from this site for my child's Birthday... nothing. Sent email as that is the only form of communication available, nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

Do not order from this site. Shipping took 2 months and It is a cheap Chinese over priced clothing site and the clothes are of crap quality. the pictures of the clothing is nothing like the actual clothes you get. A complete waste of time and money. Cheap cheap cheap. Save yourself the hassle

This is a scam!!!! I made an order on the 26th of April after reading the reviews on Trustpilot saying this company was legit and good etc but now that's all gone. I haven't received my items after 7 working days I emailed them and the customer services email address no longer exists... This seems very wrong and I'm very annoyed. My order number is 24828200426390 and I just tried to contacting them and nothing. I googled the company that took the money from my bank statement and its this Hong Kong company that is not good and is a known scam. It is all very weird and not legit looking. I wouldn't order from them if I had known this. But at the end of April, it looked very legit as I do not order from somewhere without knowing the shop or reading the TrustPilot reviews. Please do not make the mistake I have done!
