Just wanted to say the dentist i saw for emergency appointment was absolutely lovely and put me at ease, then a few days later I had to go back as I was still in pain, sorted the problem and said I can go back any time if I need to. Considering im nervous the dentist was extremely kind even apologised when it hurt me only due to I had a abcess and infection, even took my tooth out didnt feel a thing ,

Short wait to be seen, the dentist I saw was very pleasant and dealt with my problem efficiently and in a friendly manner.

I had a denture fitted and it was perfect really pleased with this dental surgery the best move I made was joining this dentist everyone there is wonderful

Very disappointed. Was booked into have a filling and saw somebody who apparently was not even a qualified dentist. She wanted to “watch and see” although she did say she would do the filling if I really wanted. I really wanted that tooth filled as it hurts when I eat on it. She tapped on ut and said well does that hurt and I said no but I repeated it hursts when I am eating food. I agreed to leave it and have booked anither appointment with acqualified dentust.

They are always good quick no more waiting time but extremely expensive

A truly professional set up. All three receptionists are so friendly, polite and welcoming my Dentist Sarab is empathetic to my fear of the Dentist and makes the process as simple and calmingas possible.

Once again I cannot thank Dr Arsalan Fattahi and Nurse Billy for making me feel at ease....I am normally a very nervous person but when I walk in to the room they are both so reassuring...the receptionist staff are very friendly as well

Was very nervous before my appointment to remove a tooth. Sarah, the nurse, was so kind and explained everything to me. Minesh, oral surgeon, was also very kind and reassured me. Sarah and Minesh were amazing!

rang at 9am and got appointment for the following day. Tooth patched up by dentist and her assistant who explained all the steps and it did not hurt!

I was very happy with the individual dentists I saw and have no complaints at all about the treatment or service they provided. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the practice’s booking and deposit policy.

I wanted to book a root canal treatment costing around £900. The practice couldn’t fit me in for a couple of months, which I completely understood and was happy to accept. However, I was then asked to pay a 50% deposit — around £450 — despite the appointment being several months away.

I offered to pay a 10% or even 20% deposit, which I feel would be more than enough to demonstrate my commitment to attending the appointment, but this wasn’t acceptable.

Personally, I don’t think it’s reasonable for a practice to hold such a significant amount of a patient’s money for several months before any treatment takes place. It’s a shame because I was very pleased with the dentists themselves, but I do think this policy needs reviewing.

Great experience with M. Patel . He made me feel relaxed and easily removed a tooth that my own dentist couldn't remove.
