Rescuing an old patient

I was offered an immediate appointment to replace a crown which had been flicked off when flossing three days previously. My dentist immediately ground excessive cement off and replaced the crown. Such excellent and speedy service. Thank you for your efficiency. I’ve actually been with this practice for over fifty years and have never been disappointed.

Mr Mamood was told my consultation…

Mr Mamood was told my consultation would be covered, and still proceeded to try and charge me for the consultation.

This had to be resolved by referring me to another dentist in the practice all because of his ignorance.
