Thomas gave me time to make an informed decision about treatment options, showed me the X-rays of where the problems were and what would be tackled on the next appointment.
He kept me updated with progress on the filing he did, ensuring it was smooth and the bite was correct.

Friendly and respectful. So skilled at what she does, Sam did 3 fillings in less than 30 minutes, gave me the injection anaesthetic so gently i barely felt it. I’m also in a wheelchair and they couldn’t be more helpful, signing me in, wheeling me to the surgery and helping me onto the dentist chair, asking me 1st if I wanted assistance. Is there a better dental surgery, maybe but with this one being excellent, I’m not going anywhere.

Overall I had a good experience at together Dental and booked my emergency appointment with a receptionist who was extremely helpful in the morning, however when I arrived at the practice in the afternoon a dif receptionist was there and sounded extremely condescending and dismissive, of the course of treatment I was having and also posed quite an awkward attitude when booking a further appointment, but saying that the emergency dentist that I saw that afternoon on Tuesday 1st of September was an extremely good dentist who talked me through what was going on with me dental wise and the next steps that I should take to ensure that my teeth stay in good shape and that the problem tooth that I went about which caused me ear jaw and facial pain with swelling in both my face and also around my eye, should be extracted as the tooth had cracked and caused a bad cavity so to prevent this from happening again it is going to be extracted which I am quite relieved about, so I now booked to have the tooth extracted on Thursday 3rd September at together Dental so overall a good experience the only negative was the afternoon receptionist attitude and general awkwardness and lack of communication skills when arriving in the afternoon as I said before the original receptionist that I spoke to in the morning and booked the appointment with couldn't have been more helpful.

Visiting the dentist was a good experience from start to finish. All staff were polite and made me feel comfortable. The dentist is kind and thoughtful and did her work well and efficiently. I was very happy with the outcome.

I’ve always been well looked after since being a patient with the practice for over 30 years. My last visit this week which included 2 small fillings and a tooth extraction, was very quick and very little pain during or after the treatment. The team was very professional and put me at ease including having a friendly personality’s.

Fantastic staff , my dentist is amazing ,never even felt the injection which is great for me as that's the part I dread the most .

My long-term Braintree dentist, Mr Akhalwaya, is as considerate, personable and efficient as anyone could wish for. His treatment is first class. The admin staff are equally friendly and efficient.

Moving to Downham and not being able to have an NHS dentist we opted for a monthly payment plan. We are now in our 3rd year and wouldn’t change it. Every appointment with the dentist and hygienist is great. The reception staff have really looked after us when we had to change appointments due to a funeral. We really like this dental practice as everyone is so kind and welcoming

It’s is so good to still have an NHS dentist. The treatment I receive is comprehensive and the care is excellent.

Following an examination two weeks ago I was told I needed a filling and tooth repaired.
Yesterday, 1st September I had the treatment at Together Dental in Downham Mkt. As usual my experience with this practice was exemplary, from the very pleasant reception staff to my practitioner, Joanne and her nurse assistant. They were very friendly, helpful,(I am disabled) and professional. It was an absolutely brilliant experience all round.

From the moment you walk in all staff are friendly and welcoming the care shown by all and how they explain everything makes it an easy experience and no stress.

Dentist always honest with me,puts me at ease and so easy to talk too. Always talks me through what, if anything, has to be done

Crown dislodged, got an appointment on the same day as I phoned in and got to see my regular dentist (Jay) and always service was great from all the team.

Having a tooth extraction is never going to be welcome experience but this was as good as it gets. No swelling, no pain as the anaesthetic wore off. Thank you.
