Very frustrated. Havigg no paid over £3000 for Invisalign a few years ago I needed replacement retainers - point 1, was never told how expensive these are over £900 for three sets. Most recent appointment to get some new retainers was explained £900 and whatever for 3 sets of Invisalign or £300 and something for two of these cheaper ones. I admit I signed the agreement and do not notice the “obvious error” what it actually was was £300 odd for ONE set (top and bottom) - so what you’re actually sayigg by is the better quality Invisalign retainers are cheaper ???? None of these costs have been explained well to me right from the beginning - I now have the uneasy feeling it is all a money grab and I am not happy at all.

From making an urgent appointment to seeing my Dentist was seamless. From the friendly reception team, nurses and amazing Dentist i think this is the best practice by far in the area. Thank you guys

On Monday, I had a long standing problem with a tooth that needed filling, and I was apprehensive because the tooth decay area was at a difficult angle for the dentist. But I needn't have worried, because my dentist, Joanne Rashid, did an exceptional job. This lady dentist is both genuinely friendly and very skilled. And her young assistant, Isa, was charming and helpful,-- they really made a great team, and they both helped me to relax. I am retired, and I can truly say that she is one of the best dentists I have ever had.

From reception to dental practicioner everyone was welcome, friendly and most important, professional

The staff meet you with a welcome smile,and make you feel comfortable. When I first joined together dentist in 2024 I was quite a nervous patient but now having had yearly visits and also treatments by Mr Ivanov I have no worries at all. I can highly recommend

On Monday I had to be seen as an emergency due to facial swelling and pain. The ladies on reception were amazing. Very kind and caring. They gave me a welfare check call in the afternoon to be sure I was ok and also the next morning arranged another appointment for extraction. My dentist is Ioannis and was very kind and caring in a what was a painful and scary situation. I can't thank the team enough for the care they gave me and their kindness.

I have had a few appointments with Together Dental to sort out my teeth and I have received a FANTASTIC service from the start to finish. I have been to several dentist and I’m not really happy with the results i got so I left them. My dentist understood my request and was very professional in everything she had done and I would recommend Together Dental to anyone who needs a dentist

Excellent treatment.

Had a filing booked in with Jey which was in an awkward position. As always dealing with Jey he puts your mind at rest and it was all done in about 15 minutes with as little discomfort as possible. Great service and I was put at ease from the outset. The whole team from the Reception staff to the Dental team are a credit to the organisation.
