I was apprehensive at first but I need not of been. The lovely dental hygienist put me at ease straight away. Explained the procedure. Asked me at each stage if I was comfortable to continue. Exceptional service the ladies were very helpful and polite

Shina gave some very welcome attention to my front tooth crown which has seen better days and has made it look a lot better while securing it for the future

I attended for a check up. The receptionist was very polite and efficient. I did not have long to wait and the dentist was very conscientious and did his best to reassure me and explain any problems. Thank you.

Dr Imran Khan is one very talented dentist, he talked to me throughout 2x 45min sessions in the chair recently. I had broken a tooth which he said would need some corrective work before he could fit a crown. He made me feel comfortable throughout and did one amazing job. Thank you Imran, you were great.

I saw Mr Deu about Implants on the special Implant day at the practice. I was given very good advice and feel I am now well equipped to make a sound decision as to how to go forward.

Excellent treatment.I explained to the receptionist that I had severe pain all down the right side of my face but it was not a dental problem. They arranged for me to see Mr Samaras within the week to have xrays taken. Mr Samaras identified TMG, advised a soft diet for 8 weeks and an exercise. After 8 weeks the pain is greatly reduced and I am so grateful to him and the whole team. Now I will return in October for my regular checkup!! Brilliant service from everyone.

I have my dentist and hygienist at Togheter Dental. They provide an excellent service every time.
I went through a major surgery in January and they gave me great care for me. I recommend this practise for you.

From the reception team to the dentist and nurse who I saw on Saturday the service I received from them all was definitely 5*. So helpful, thoughtful, kind and considerate at every stage of my treatment. Thank you all

Two pieces of constructive feedback, I hope:

1. I received a succession of reminder emails for my upcoming appointment. On some of these the time of the appointment varied from the previously agreed time. I only noticed the change by chance. We were not sure if this change was an error in the emails, should be ignored, or was deliberate. A statement in the emails confirming the timing hade been amended and the opportunity to confirm if this was acceptable would be appreciated.
2. I agreed to include cleaning in my next appointment in six months time. I was staggered to be asked for a £50 deposit for this. That is £50 for something which will not take place for six months. In the moment I went along with this. On reflection I should not have. What a cheek.
