I have been visiting this dental practice for 45 years, however after some lapsed appointments around covid I was told I could no longer be a patient unless I went private. I have had pain in a tooth for approximately eight years but have been told there's nothing wrong with it during previous appointments at this dental practice. However, after paying £80 private check up fee, amazingly they've discovered a crack in the tooth.
I was disappointed with my recent appointment, despite it being a 15 minute private appointment, I was in there for seven minutes. I wasn't even offered a quick scale and polish, which used to be part of a routine appointment under the NHS. I was told to make another appointment, but he was vague as to what the treatment was going to be, until I asked the question several times, treatment I can ill afford under private care. Very disappointed. I miss Mr Davey.

I've been a patient at this dentist for more than 26 years when I returned to Norwich, having been a patient there until I moved away after childhood.
My children and wife also registered there at the same time.
Service has always been excellent, treatment when required ha been explained why it was needed.

Patrik has been exceptional during this time.
Yesterday was no different, except I needed a second molar extracted and a "bit" anxious about what to expect.
A bit uncomfortable having the local anaesthetic administered (as you'd expect), but the actual removal took seconds, much to my amazement, no cutting or sticks needed.

I have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.

The hygienist was amazing he was professional, warm and very welcoming. Normally I don't comment on an hygienist however for the services rendered well done.

Dentist came out & advised me that she was running approx. 10-15 minutes late, which was a nice personal touch. Treatment was fine.

I was very nervous about having an extraction but Laura reassured me and it was a painless procedure I needn’t have been so worried

I called 20min before my son's appointment asking if I was late, could they still see my son. Receptionist said there was no space to reschedule the same day so if he was over 10min late for his app we would be reschedule for another day. My son is 2yo and had a broken front tooth so I said okay and I hurried(my son had a tantrum and I wasn't able to physically force him in his pram, Receptionist knew this). I somehow made it just 5min after his appointment and the receptionist who spoke to me smiles when she sees me and said: "oh, actually the dentist is running late as there was an emergency" I said it is not funny, I am disabled and had to almost run with my asthma and got there out of breath. We waited over 30min.
For which I'm curious, they can't see him if I'm 10min late, but I can wait 30min for someone else... my son's appointment was urgent, that's why they gave it to him 1 day after I called. How did they fit my son then? He was seen over 30min after his appointment? It'd be nice to get an answer about that.

The dentist was amazing and I have just kind words for her as she was professional, warm and very welcoming. That's the only reason I gave any star at all.

As a family - we go to our local dental surgery - 'Together Dental' - in Sheringham ..... which we highly recommend. As soon as you enter the surgery - the well-informed reception staff are most helpful and very pleasant - so if anyone feels a little nervous - they put you at your ease immediately. Our dental surgeon - Chun Yu - is absolutely brilliant and is assisted during dental procedures by a highly-qualified dental nurse. So if you're looking for great dental treatment - check them out on their website - I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

. My first hygienist visit ever, so a little apprehensive. No need for nerves as the hygienist was very pleasant and also efficient. I cannot speak too highly of her. Together with the dentist I saw, Ryan, I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I saw Nahla for a check up and then again for a follow up appointment. Whenever I visit Together Dental (Wellingborough) Nahla is very professional, knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly whilst being friendly along with all other staff. I would recommend Together Dental )Wellingborough) to anyone.

The dentist also welcoming and friendly and puts you at ease.
He explained everything as going along and then discussed and explained everything at end . Plus, he showed me the x rays and talked me through them .
The dental nurse also was welcoming and made you feel at ease .
The surgery is spotless.
All in all , just makes going to the dentist a more comfortable experience knowing you are in good hands.
