I was to have a tooth extracted that had split in two and had given be an infection.
After the course of antibiotics the tooth was removed, it was a big job as the tooth had to be removed as four pieces.
I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever and that the said tooth in all well now.

Great staff. Treatment was perfect on time lovely surroundings couldn't ask for better.

At our most recent appointment, I felt that the dentist and dental nurse were unnecessarily on the offensive with my teenaged son about his dental hygiene and decision not to follow their advice. Whilst I largely agreed with what they said, their delivery was unhelpful and risked putting him off coming to another appointment. We have not had any problems at this practice previously.

Clinician was welcoming and explained the procedure before and during. Communication was very good with telephone calls before the appointment to explain what was going to occur. No waiting and extractions were quick with minimal pain. Excellent.

Never one to rush to a dentist appointment, but this practice feels so welcoming and friendly. I had a very informative consultation regarding an implant, I didn't feel rushed or pushed towards anything. I would certainly recommend everyone who works here.

As always, a great visit. The lady at reception was lovely, really helpful, even though I had the time wrong and arrived 15 minutes late. Harj was friendly and informative, as he always is. Explaining what was what and advised as well as giving me a thorough check up. Many thanks.

Booked in for a scale and polish. The (De)Scale was very thorough, although not a very pleasant experience. I expected the polish to be just as thorough but disappointingly, although polishing paste was applied to the teeth, no actual polishing took place, leaving the back of the teeth feeling rough. Whether this was down to time restraints or other reason/s I don't know.

Excellent service. No problems with the extraction.

The Hygienist was excellent- could not fault her - she gave me great advice as I had a few concerns.
I had paid twice by accident and was only told this when I asked. This should have been flagged up with me before the appointment. I now have to use it as credit for my next appointment.

Receptionist Kamilla was very welcoming and very helpful, my dentist K. Modi is excellent and gave me the confidence that I was in good hands, I thought that to rebuild my front tooth would be impossible but she did it and made a fabulous job no discomfort,I have since returned for a check up which was very thorough , as a nervous patient I have no hesitation in returning and recommending others to do so

Instead of requesting an existing patient to fill a a new medical form every time, why not send out your existing data and ask them to confirm and or update changes.
Whilst I appreciate that appointment times may be subject to delay, a 20 minutes delay for a 9.20 appointment is poor.

First visit exceptional, dentist explained in detail what needed doing, very caring dentist

I had a filling done on one of my teeth last week, and I was advised by Dr Freya Mortimer to get in touch if I experienced any sensitivity or discomfort. After a few days, I contacted the practice and was very pleased to get an appointment for the following day.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and dealt with my concern quickly and efficiently. Dr Freya Mortimer was wonderful , calm, caring, friendly, and highly professional. She is a brilliant dentist who made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Her assistant was also very kind, supportive, and clearly experienced in her role.

I am very happy with the care I received and would highly recommend the Whitechapel branch to my friends and family. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
