Very happy with my order and the quality of the clothing. I shopped for my son and he loves all of it particularly the shirt and shorts - great value too, I will be back!

I used Tokyo Laundry after spotting a coat in TK Max but couldn't find my size. I managed to get the same coat for half the price of what TK Maxx were charging and it got delivered within two days. Very happy

Delivery was faster than expected, with updates all the time. The jacket is a perfect fit, lightweight, but extremely warm and comfortable and not bulky. It was so inexpensive, but looks classy. A really great purchase all round

Unfortunately after many years of buying my underwear from you it appears you have changed your size guidelines and design. When I checked the item number of an older pair of boxers I purchased from you the item was described as a puffa jacket. Very disappointing.

Purchased a second pair of Olmste 2-pc loungewear pyjama set (the first was bought from another retailer some months ago) for my Dad. He liked the first set so much, I got him another. The PJs are comfortable, a great fit, and look good, plus good value. Tokyo laundry delivered very quickly.

Very disapointed with size and the fact that there is no 2xXL.It was just the shirt Iwanted but more like lge. than 2xXL.Also a rerurn tracker lable would be handy.Paid £6.24 in postage and return.

The jumpers I bought were meant to be XL but I suspect one was M and the other L

Great experience, good quality clothing

I bought a tracksuit and it shrank in the first wash

Arrived damaged, followed the online instructions and sent an email with photo, all details. Returns process far to slow and complicated. They advise buying another mother one while it's processed. Clothing quality.average. lesson learned, it locally for easy returns. Oh and now wearing a item with visables damage on the front. Hope this review helps buyers go elsewhere where.
