NB!!!

NB! This comment does not apply to the product and applies exclusively to the shipping method.

I've been using tom tailor products for 10 years now, and this is the first time I've bought a product on the official website. I am very disappointed in the shipping method. Although I made the purchase from Spain, the shipment should be from Germany. It has been 3.5 days since the delivery order was placed, and the UPS carrier company has not yet started delivering. The Christmas and New Year holidays are ahead, and given the carrier's irresponsibility, I have lost hope that I will be able to receive the goods before Christmas. If I could cancel the order and the money would be refunded instantly, I would cancel the order, but waiting 2 weeks for a refund is the same as waiting 2 weeks for an inadequate UPS to wake up and decide to deliver the goods. The shipping cost is 6.95 euros, shipping at this level should be free.

Dear seller, check the UPS rating on TRUSPILOT, the carrier's rating is 1, that is, the lowest. This is the first and last time I buy an item on the official website while you are cooperating with UPS. By cooperating with UPS, you degrade YOUR services

Decent quality, good support team

I have been a loyal customer for about 10 years.
The quality has not changed over time; it is still decent. Most of the time I shopped on site, but also had ordered 3 times from EU Tom Tailor online store.

I had a problem with my second order made this year, it didn't come. So I contacted the seller by email. They always responded within 24 hours, and were polite. It appeared that my package was lost, but as I really wanted the items, I reordered. The second parcel arrived on time, and I have got a refund for the first order after a month.

I have a lot of cotton basics, and also bought 3 parkas. The items lasted for 1-2 years.
