What can I say....absolutely 100% brilliant.
Had my surgery in August 2023 in Birmingham by Mr Awad after attempting every diet out there and it's the best decision I have made in my life in fact, it probably saved my life.
I've lost nearly 9 stone, gone from a size 24/26 to 14/16. High blood pressure gone, heart palpitations gone and no longer classed as obese.
Don't get me wrong, it's not an easy fix, Tonic provide you with the tool but you have to change your life and way you eat completely but it's all worth the hard work.
Tonic are amazing and with you every step of the way. Their support is worth it's weight in gold. From the minute you make that initial enquiry Tonic are there, from the coordinators, surgeon, nurses, dieticians, fitness coaches and everyone along your journey. No judgements or shameing THANK YOU TONIC

I had my gastric sleeve in July 2022 with Mr Awad at Burcot Hall. I have gone on to loose 6.5 stone and my life has totally changed. Without a doubt the best thing I ever did.

Wait for 4 years and the possibility of getting Bariatric surgery on the NHS or go private? Fortunately I found this amazing company who from the first conversation, through the pre-op assessments, surgery at the Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle and home have always been available to answer any concerns. I am in my late 50's and have had a weight problem since childhood, I was also a 20+ year T2 Diabetic on insulin. I am now 17 months post op and have lost 9stone 7lb from a start weight of 18st 3lb. I am also in the 'normal' range for BMI. It sounds like a cliche and a lot of us say the same thing, but this Company have literally saved my life and given me a life I have never experienced before. The aftercare package is for 2 years and you have an annual chat with your surgeon for 5 years post op, prices are reasonable given what is being done. I would highly recommend Tonic.

I have nothing but positive experience from the start with Tonic, very helpful, kind, caring and professional. I'm beyond greatful to the entire team from Tonic and Mr Awad for giving me my life back. I had my gastric sleeve fitted in February 2024. I did much research and Tonic was the best company who I could trust. I attended at 7 in the morning and I was in theatre at 10oclock. You get 5 years after care which you would not get any where else. I had the surgeon come to see me the morning after and said I looked well and I was allowed to leave with my medication and stockings which you need to wear for 2 weeks to avoid blood clots. My stiches were fine and very neat. I had told my friend about Tonic and within a few months later she chose to have the sleeve. I am now 8 stone lighter so big thankyou :)

I had my gastric sleeve surgery in may 2017. The result was amazing by the December 2017 I had lost over 9 stone and have never looked back.
The after care was amazing from Tonic and the follow up appointments with the surgeon was a massive support throughout the journey.

The gastric sleeve changed my life completely and never looked back. Boosted my confidence in a massive way. I no longer try on twenty outfits and then decide to go out I can grab an outfit out it on and feel fab and just go.

I chose Tonic for sleeve surgery in July 2024. The entire process, pre, during and post surgery has been incredible. Tonic stands above other surgery options because of their extensive aftercare. The surgeon Mr Awad and his team were all incredible, elective surgery is a big decision but it has changed my life. My blood results are all in normal ranges, my mobility and mental health have improved and I’ve already lost 70% of my excess weight. The surgery is a powerful tool, combined with the power of tonic support throughout.

Surgery with Tonic has changed my life! My only regret is not taking the step years ago. My physical, mental and emotional health is fantastic. The support from all of the professionals involved is first class.

Having recently booked to have a sleeve done with another provider and the experience not being great which ultimately led to me backing out, I reached out to tonic and decided to try again. Literally the best decision I ever made.. the support following up to my surgery (when I most needed it) and for the first week afterwards was second to none, really supportive team, kind caring and genuinely care about your physical AND mental wellbeing.. the Facebook group is a good addition, allowing you to keep up to date with the team and seminars and podcasts and also other patients progress. My actual surgery day was perfect, really smooth and my hospital stay and surgeon Mr Dexter at Nuffield Leeds was fabulous. I’m now 4 months post op and 6.5 stone down, my confidence is so much greater as well as my physical ability and eating habits. I feel like a completely new person and this was 100% the best decision I ever made. I 10000000% recommend tonic over and over again.

Best thing I have ever done is get in contact with Tonic . From the start they have been supportive friendly and caring and also understanding of how you feel and how difficult it can be . They are there for you on the end of a phone anytime . I started my journey on the 13th Jan 25 and I have never felt better . I feel energised happy and slimmer 3 stone gone already . I had my sleeve done by Dr Awad on 8th Feb and I feel so positive and happy . Don’t hesitate if bariatric surgery is something you’re thinking about call Tonic surgery.

I cannot fault Tonic. From moment they called me up after my initial enquiry to the operation and now when they call to get my progress updates. They have always put me at ease, encouraged and given support. Yes you pay more money vs going overseas. But the support before, during and after has been hands down worth the money. My weight loss is good and still continues to fall 7 months on. They most definitely have altered my life for the better

Having the gastric bypass has been a complete life changer for the better of course. I can’t fault the support from all staff from day 1, nothing was ever a problem and they were there to answer any questions I had. I had my surgery done by DR Awad , himself and his team are truly amazing. The before and aftercare I have received from them and been nothing but fanatic. I would highly recommend Tonic to anyone who is thinking of have the surgery, myself and 2 family member have had this surgery and we’ve all had great results 1000/10 from me :-)

Tonic Surgery have changed my life. I had a gastric bypass with them In May-24, and the support before, during recovery, and ever since has been 1st class. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking at weight loss surgery.

Olivia was readily available for all my questions and proved she actually cared about why I was considering surgery rather than securing my deposit! Olivia went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision.

I had my gastric sleeve surgery at the Clementine Churchill hospital with Tonic Surgery, 18/12/24. The care and treatment were absolutely first class. Everyone was polite, friendly and super professional. The nursing team looked after me with great care and attention to detail. My suite was really well equipped and spotlessly clean. My surgeon was Mr Adamo and he was amazing. He explained every aspect of my treatment in detail and made me feel so at ease. Post operation Mr Adamo visited me again and explained how the surgery went, his reassurance and support has been an important factor in my progress so far. The whole after care program was a major decider in my choice of Tonic and they are hugely integral to my success so far. The whole team pre and post operation have been approachable and consistently care driven. I feel I have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness as well as professionalism.
